@@Mustang-GT516 Ya pushing over 650 is definitely risky on stock on internals. I give him respect for pushing it that hard because i wouldn't.
My car hit 700whp running 11psi on a D1. Then my tuner took 1.5 degrees of timing away to be safe. Hopefully they took some timing also.
@@ncseminole That's impressive. How long have you been running this setup? I have a p1 but only pushing 6lbs lol at 571whp. You guys are making me want to turn mine up. Lol
boostedfiveoh Nooo XD change that bottom end first 🤣
It’s amazing the mt82 and stock clutch has stood up for so long, let alone with forced induction. I wasn’t so lucky with mine. Hated the mt82 to the point that I will never own another one, so that leaves me with Shelby
Dang, makes me wanna swap my Eaton for a VMP😅
PJ Morrison do it
VMPPerformance I most likely will, just need my channel to grow a little more😅
Great video. The reason I subscribed to this channel is because Smurf and other Mustangs reviews !! Hope to see smurf more often
Remove lights from grille for better cooling and it will look better in my opinion
I love the change David. Congrats on the new upgrade on Smurf!
How long until he blows it up.
Post it 👇🏾
2 months
Vmp is one of the best tuners for coyotes so I don't see that happening as long as he don't bet the shit out of it say in day out but even then it will last a long time
@@nickpond it's not gonna be the tune the those motors start to shit them self's at around 700+ on the gen 1s and his car has 100k miles on it
Has he done the oil pump gears? I'd say it easily hits 150k miles. He's a pretty tame driver. He does pulls but he rarely does hard launches or bangs gears aggressively which is where parts would see the most stress.
@@C4AJ it's still going strong 3 years later dude these engines are tough it's called proper maintenence man. I wouldn't be surprised if he goes well past 200k
I wish I had a mustang like this..... I just love it
Can you please try to do a review of a 1994 Toyota Supra or a 1991 Mazda Rx-7?
He's done both of those already lol
wheeler buildz lol 🤦♂️🤣 his done lots of vidz with a supra
DUDE THAT'S AWESOME POWER!
😎
i give it 6 months and the motor will have flung a rod.
My money is on the ring lands
Omg it’s 35 in in central Florida? Bs. Lived here my whole life. It will regularly get to 35 at night during winter but during the day it’s 60. And that’s on a really cold day. Been like this forever.
35 degrees is nothing.
Try to live in Wisconsin for a month and you'll see what real cold is.
Ayyee
I don't think that's what he meant cheese head 😂 What David meant was that it's Florida and it shouldn't be that cold.
Ah, the classic pissing contest of "you dont know real cold brah"
Why are people proud of living in cold, miserable shit hole places? Oh yeah, well where I live it's so cold that if you go outside, you die. Cool story.
Girth Vader FINALLY somebody said it. Thank you. Same goes for hot. It’s hot in LA AAYY HOMIE YOU DONT KNOW REAL HEAT TRY LIVING IN PHX IM A DUMBASS
Glad to see Smurff getting some love!
yall talking about chucking rods into orbit, meanwhile I'm worried about the ol mt-80boom performing its finishing move of adding another neutral or two
You gotta build that engine and get it to 8200 rpms limiter! My friend built his to a 5.3 and his revs so much faster and higher than stock motor. Sounds insane!
That exhaust note tho......😍👍👌🔥
Awesome results!! and reliable too. Fantastic!!
So humble David. That's awesome you got to re-supercharge the smurff!
Ouuu I saw that a foxbody is up for upcoming car reviews 👀🙏
The coyote is just a very efficient engine, with 5L it makes about the same as the 6+L Chevy and Dodge motors, just shows that ford knows how to make an efficient and powerful engine
Supercharger all day. You look seriously in love there
With so many RUclipsrs getting VMP blowers lately I'm pretty convinced that this is probably the smartest advertisement on VMPs behalf ever. No doubt he gives them stupid good deals. I have no opinions on any blower whatsoever but this is a stealthy smooth move by VMP.
Daniel Kabat 😏
I've been wanting you to have a supercharged mustang for a long time. You finally do. Enjoy it.
Now all you have to do is max the lift on the cams, mainly the exhaust to get more torque for more fuel mileage.

Cool on the upgrades! Just FYI, if you ever change to a drag radial, you may want to upgrade your driveshaft as a precaution.
That's AWESOME! VMP = Very Much Power!
Robert G never heard that one... but I love it!!!!
Awesome series David! Smurf is a monster now!
