The last time I can recall Fiona being a good sister to Carl. Wish they got more scenes together. Honestly, he probally viewed Fiona as a mom more than any of the others aside from Liam.
Even when he was younger when Monica first appeared back in their lives and tried to be the mom again anytime if Monica asked Carl to do something and If Fiona was around he would just look straight to her if she wanted him to do what Monica asked or not, lol.

The only shameless people in the show are the writers. Most of the time they write random bullshit. The people they don't write much about actually have good character development.
For one,she doesn’t have any specialised tools and is using only her fingers and also his hair grew and presumably got matted,plus from the look of them he didn’t take them out so likely washed with them in which makes matts even worse,also,cornrows are pretty damn tight to the head.
Hoodapes have zero honor and don't even respect each other. This kid obviously has a higher IQ and great potential. In real life I would hire this kid and encourage him to work towards building a business.
