    What oil are you guys using? I put in 300V oil and it seems to shift significantly harder into 1st gear with a loud clunk, as compared to the Motul 7100 oil.

    Hello! Please, can you post a video of the clutch noise before upgrading? Thank you! My bike does a similar noise but whitout crancking on launch.

    • @Makhnovets
      @Makhnovets  5 лет назад

      I can but it isn't that hearable... It's not that clunky or cranky this is more as noise. The best explanation is: "Sometimes it's harder to get on 2nd gear, and it's has the clunk noise, sometimes not, also easy to detect it by simply put the bike on the side stand, let it overnight and in the morning start it, after try depress/press clutch and leasing for heavier noise coming from the clutch cover".
      you can try it and post the vid. but I will try to find the vid with that noise.

    You have two type of mod kits one for over $200 and the other just $69. Will just buying the $69 repair the clunky noise

    Hello, I have a problem with the clutch, it's a 2008 Hayabusa, when I put it in gear, the motorcycle starts immediately, I changed the slave cylinder and the master cylinder, but there were no changes, then I changed the whole set of lamellae, when I opened it, the old lamellae were stuck on the thrust plates were falling apart, but despite the new set of lamellas the problem remained unsolved, please advise what to do, what to pay attention to, thanks.

      there little microswitch on the lever, suggest you to start with the switch, try to phatically push it until it click and start the bike, or remove the wires from the switch and connect them together, overrate the switch. let me know if that's not the switch!

    Hi there. Please help me 😆I think i have same issue with my GSXR 1000 ’09 about the noise from clutch. And when engine is hot i can hear a little bit more. I am wondering if that part can be same on my bike? I have already searched on schnitzracing page but i could’t find something for my bike.

    • @Makhnovets
      @Makhnovets  5 лет назад

      to be sure you can try to open a clutch case and remove the clutch cover plate with springs, then you will try to wiggle, check all components inside. usually, if you driving pretty rough or making a lot of stress on the clutch it can be the problem, there a lot of replacements on the market like sports clutch kit, I'm talking about basket springs and discs, for example, if you do burnouts or wheelies that can be the issue, so you might consider upgrading the clutch. it simply can be just burned clutch discs or springs or bucket itself.

    • @Makhnovets
      @Makhnovets  5 лет назад

      The 1000cc has almost the same thing inside, so most likely you have to replace the inner pice. www.ebay.com/itm/Brocks-Ultra-Clutch-Mod-Kit-fits-Suzuki-GSX-R1000-2007-2009-2011/312337139992?epid=171189967&hash=item48b8be8918:rk:1:pf:0

      i was working on 2006 1000, it has the almost the same clutch as busa has. but 09 is slightly different... so I'm not 100% positive if that gonna fix the problem. just open the case and check everything before spending $200-300.

    • @Makhnovets
      @Makhnovets  2 года назад

      Even if it was engineered from the factory, for my style of riding it's work better, I'm not doing the track or anything, after all shifting is much smoother, also if you replace the whole clutch for the rasing one, it's going to be the same way! It will not have any slack.

      no same way as was before. it still some play in the clutch, as well as the springs wasn't for the drag racing, they just little more powerful than original.

      It will reduce the clunky shifts or rough shifts on lower gears, 1-2-3.
      Generally speaking, it not like anything wrong with the bike, but it easier to shift gears, also it good for drag racing or shifting with out the clutch.

      @Makhnovets  2 года назад +1

      I seen this solution, but i didn't wanted to, after all I think the engineers did it on purpose, so I make it little titer with the kit, many drag racers welding it, since it's a breaking point for busa, i'm not racer, and for comfort shifting it's more than enough for me. but either way would work! Thanks for the suggestion!
