I made the Eggs Benedict the other day for breakfast, having never made a hollandaise sauce. It took me three times, but I was successful in the end! It tasted amazing, and this was my first time following a recipe from Sorted. I'm really excited to try out a lot of others!
SORTED Food So it's true then that Barry and Ben are in fact THE BEST OF FRIENDS. It's confirmed they live in a stone cottage. I suspect they have done inappropriate things to save on the hydro bill.
I came across this channel a week ago and I'm hooked! Love your food and love your personalities. I personally would favour the eggs benedict over the other two, but I want to give everything a try!
I can't. I CAN'T. I had to pause the video and finish laughing first after the "balls" joke. BEN. I think that's the most blatant innuendo you have EVER done. I love Ben's face after Mike's "you have some nuts "pe-can" through" HAHAHA
While watching old Sorted videos yesterday I realised that Ben says "untell" instead of "until". Once heard, it cannot be unheard and it is *everywhere*
So! I woke up early today (which is rare-) since I was excited to try out the Eggs Benedict Bagel recipe, I got all the ingredients yesterday and what not. And I made enough for my family of four... But out of no where we get a visitor this morning and my mom, just being polite, offered him food. And he was like "if you insist" aND since I only made enough for four (the others already started eating)- she gave my plate to him... And he eats everything while I sit at my corner... eating cereal... internally crying... while staring at my mom in betrayal.....
These all look amazing - and I haven't tries a single one before! One of my favourite things to do with eggs is stir fry it with chopped tomatoes and spring onions - it's super simple but absolutely delicious!
I am guessing they've had too much Calvados throughout the filming of this video. Jamie's singing Hollandaise (Holiday) and Wheel of Fortune, and Mike's talking about 'nuts pecan through.' I'll let the 'big balls' slide because Ben will always be Ben. Lol.
To be fair to Jamie, the single version of Circle of Life that Elton John released had different lyrics from the film and did include the line 'It's the wheel of fortune', so it wasn't quite as entirely random as it may have seemed.
loved this episode!! I've never tried any of these recipes before, hadn't even heard of two, so I'm so excited to try them!! they look delicious! thanks boys!
Lockdown binge watching your back episodes - enjoying them immensely. More ideas for egg dishes ... I'd like to see you do a comparison of a French omelette, Spanish omelette and a frittata.
the only thing I would change about this is substitute lemon juice for vinegar in the hollandaise and add a pinch of cayenne but this was a lovely episode love you boys keep doing!
this video was great 1 for the innuendos, and 2 because i have 3 chickens and can have up to 3 or 4 dozen eggs in the fridge at one time and now i have something to do with them
I cooked egg with sambal sardine which have chillies, anchovy, can sardine, shallot, onion and garlic - bliss it. Cook in hot pan, paste first then add abit tomato puree. Until everything heat up. Creak egg inside of it. Cook for few minute You able to get runny york inside and firm texture outside, like pouch egg.
I completely agree with Ben; Eggs are magical! Personally I like to do a slightly healthier version of a Hollandaise. I like to make Aiolis with my eggs! Best thing to do with them, in my opinion, is put them on top of a bagel with Lox and a poached egg. Mmm...delicious!
i tried to make eaten mess in school but it doesn't look like your's XD but this was like 4 years ago when i made it, good thing i found this a couple years after. love you guys and your work...is so beautiful!!
What a GREAT video!!! I never knew you could do that with eggs!!!? I have a suggestion for what SORTED should eat next. I challenge you to take over a underestimated cuisine: POLISH FOOD! It's amazing just research it. OHMY
Finally I catch up with your latest video and was about to suggest eggs benedict, and coincidentally, they're here in this video! So happy. Thank you, Sorted Food.
I've just recently started watching your videos, but about a week before I started I made something similar to the Eton Mess, without the apples. I also used brown sugar instead of granulated, put in some nutmeg, cloves, and (not very much) ginger, and it was delicious (:
I'd like to stick up for Jamie here.....he got the lyrics right in the Circle of Life song. The lyric is indeed "In the circle of life. It's the wheel of fortune". I always half expect to see Carol Smillie popping up, spinning the great big wheel! (giving my age away now!!)..... And in case Jamie wants to sing the whole verse, just to really irritate the rest of the boys, here it is in its entirety...."In the circle of life. It's the wheel of fortune. It's the leap of faith, It's the band of hope. Till we find our place. On the path unwinding. In the circle, the circle of life." You'll have that song in your head all day now. You're Welcome! Teehee. Great recipes as always boys. Lee xx
My partner and I make a dish for breakfast that she learned about in Hong Kong: Rice, pieces of friend Spam, and a couple of eggs. Top with a little bit of soy sauce. YUM
People make fun of British cuisine a lot, but I feel like something you all really nailed is dessert. Eton mess, trifle, treacle tart, banoffe, these are all delicious!
I tried this Eton mess and I'm only a teenager. It was so easy and it tasted sooo good. The cinnamon meringues were the BOMB! I had so many left I'm deciding what to do with them (eat them probably) lol
for the eggs Benedict, I usually use cider vinegar (especially if it's apple cider vinegar) :) Even when making a red velvet cake, works perfectly - since I don't like the taste of vinegar that much.
The signature dish in my household is a sunny-side up egg served over white rice and banana. It sounds sort of gross but it's delicious! The banana is completely optional and it turns the dish from savory into sweet. I believe my grandma brought the recipe with her from Cuba, but I'm not positive.
I love love love your channel great food lots of laughs. everything TBI g is amazing and real lovely recipes keep up the good work. still trying to catch up with all of your recipes. can I ask you to do something from Trinidad and Tobago a twin island in the caribbean
that cheeky one eyebrow move at 7:00
loved it
laughed my ass off to it at almost 1 am
+Kathi B SAME
That seriously gave me life 😂👌🏽
❤️❤️❤️My day is complete now!!
Great ways with eggs! LOVE Scotch Eggs! Wasn't expecting the Eton mess but with the apple sounds great! :)
Donal Skehan The dip evolved almost as an accident... but so tasty... brill with this or any turkey sandwich!
Ben's smirk and eyebrow raise made me lose it. I don't know what I enjoy more, the food or the puns.
Can this series never end, please?
They all look delish...wish I could get a taste of Sorted foods one sweet day...thanks for sharing...I love these guys a lot
I love how funny and cheeky u guys are in ur videos.
I made the Eggs Benedict the other day for breakfast, having never made a hollandaise sauce. It took me three times, but I was successful in the end! It tasted amazing, and this was my first time following a recipe from Sorted. I'm really excited to try out a lot of others!
First day of no school=perfect day for binging on videos of Sorted Food👌I love this channel!!
It's so nice to see you finally eat from separate bowls.
Judit Vadovics Haha - we're all friends... we don't ming sharing!
SORTED Food I don't ming sharing either :D
SORTED Food So it's true then that Barry and Ben are in fact THE BEST OF FRIENDS. It's confirmed they live in a stone cottage. I suspect they have done inappropriate things to save on the hydro bill.
I really miss this format of videos! 3 things to do with was a brilliant idea
I came across this channel a week ago and I'm hooked! Love your food and love your personalities.
I personally would favour the eggs benedict over the other two, but I want to give everything a try!
Eunice Wong Welcome! :)
Same here
I can't. I CAN'T. I had to pause the video and finish laughing first after the "balls" joke. BEN. I think that's the most blatant innuendo you have EVER done.
I love Ben's face after Mike's "you have some nuts "pe-can" through" HAHAHA
This "Three things to do with" was definitely my favorite! Thank you sooo much for sharing!
How can anyone dislike this video?
You guys really did a terrific job with eggs & big balls & nuts.
Sorted!
These guys are fantastic. A breathe of fresh air
Why do I always watch these videos when I'm hungry!?!? All of these look so amazing om nom nom.
While watching old Sorted videos yesterday I realised that Ben says "untell" instead of "until". Once heard, it cannot be unheard and it is *everywhere*
Incredibly surprised that Ben didn't put a sprig of mint on that eton mess.
Arushi Desai I wanted to... but they wouldn't let me! :(
Don't worry, there's always next time!! :)
So! I woke up early today (which is rare-) since I was excited to try out the Eggs Benedict Bagel recipe, I got all the ingredients yesterday and what not. And I made enough for my family of four... that pain is terrible.
+Rae Li I feel your pain ;-;
The feels
LOL
Ur mums a bitch
I love Mike's slightly apologetic face for the pecan pun.
Mike was so proud of that nut joke XD
These all look amazing - and I haven't tries a single one before! One of my favourite things to do with eggs is stir fry it with chopped tomatoes and spring onions - it's super simple but absolutely delicious!
Great as always!
I came, I laughed, I cried, I learnt.
Those serving bowls for the eton mess were gorgeus!
I've made a pavlova before with lime zest in it, or cinnamon, ground nutmeg and ground ginger. Really yummy!
I am guessing they've had too much Calvados throughout the filming of this video. Jamie's singing Hollandaise (Holiday) and Wheel of Fortune, and Mike's talking about 'nuts pecan through.' I'll let the 'big balls' slide because Ben will always be Ben. Lol.

nudgificator .... And a thumbs up from the man himself. Day = made.
I was also thinking I remember the wheel of fortune line from circle of life!
had my thinking I'd got it wrong my whole life
It does come in a different place though, you're right there. In the time between hearing him say it and scrolling down to this comment I'd forgotten!
I always love making egg salad sandwiches with Dijon mustard, sweet relish and salt and pepper! Soooo good :)
loved this episode!!
The apple compote and merangue dessert looks SO good!
the only thing I would change about this is substitute lemon juice for vinegar in the hollandaise and add a pinch of cayenne but this was a lovely episode love you boys keep doing!
I love the scotch egg recipe! Thank you guys as always!
this video was great 1 for the innuendos, and 2 because i have 3 chickens and can have up to 3 or 4 dozen eggs in the fridge at one time and now i have something to do with them
I shouldn't watch this stuff hungry!
All of this looks so good. I love egg dishes.
I love eggs so this is by far my favorite of the series! Mmmmm. Would have also loved to see what you guys would do with deviled eggs!
I cooked egg with sambal sardine which have chillies, anchovy, can sardine, shallot, onion and garlic - bliss it.
Cook in hot pan, paste first then add abit tomato puree. Until everything heat up. Creak egg inside of it. Cook for few minute
You able to get runny york inside and firm texture outside, like pouch egg.
I pretty much cook everything with egg
BRING THIS SERIES BACK RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm always torn between looking at the food and looking at Mike. They're both delicious.
Looks all really delicious! Can't wait to try these recipes. Could you please do a pumpkin or potato video three ways?
i love eggs :)))) sunny side up eggs, omlette, egg benedict, scramble egg, boiled egg... omg drooling
Why is this, and the other "3 Things To Do With" videos, hidden? I love these videos.
I dont know why i havent subscribed before, ive been watching you for ages, but this did it for me, great stuff guys!
Finally I catch up with your latest video and was about to suggest eggs benedict, and coincidentally, they're here in this video! So happy. Thank you, Sorted Food.
Jamie, the bakery i go to all the time has meringues in all flavors! Lemon, coffee, chocolate, cinnamon, etc! they're really popular!
this looks amazing, guys! makes me want to cook up a proper breakfast tomorrow
The bagel looks heavenly
You guys are amazing!! Absolutely love your channel :)
Wow! I loved the eggs benedict idea! Absolutely marvelous :)
This was my favourite '3 Things' video. Will you ever bring out a recipe book including more recent recipes and the '3 Things To Do With' recipes?
I've just recently started watching your videos, but about a week before I started I made something similar to the Eton Mess, without the apples. I also used brown sugar instead of granulated, put in some nutmeg, cloves, and (not very much) ginger, and it was delicious (:
Quuuuiiiiicccchheeee! I can't believe you didn't do quiche!
Probably didn't do one because we expected it!
I'm sure Ben fought pretty hard for it
I'd like to stick up for Jamie here.....he got the lyrics right in the Circle of Life song. The lyric is indeed "In the circle of life. It's the wheel of fortune". I always half expect to see Carol Smillie popping up, spinning the great big wheel! (giving my age away now!!).....

You'll have that song in your head all day now. You're Welcome! Teehee. Great recipes as always boys. Lee xx
"put some of my mess in your mouth" ...mike has the best lines

I'm allergic to eggs but I'm watching because I love these boys.
Definitely my favourite Sorted video!
Well, they're just big balls and they taste delicious!
7:01 that eyebrow raise......you guys are hilarious
Great video! Can't resist a good pun and Mike's pecan one honestly made me want to make the recipe just so I could force it onto my flatmates!
The chicken and sage scotch eggs look heavenly! Damn!
The mess sounds/looks amazing!!
I got hungry while watching your videos. lol. so cute and the food looks so effin delicious. AWESOME! ❤
Record breaking amount of innuendos, well done.
6:55 IS GOLD.
The look on Mike's face when he realizes what he's done, and Ben's eyebrow waggle, like "It wasn't me this time!"
I'd have to say the scotch egg would be mine but all 3 where great and funny as always! Kate :)
The scotch egg looks so amazing!

My partner and I make a dish for breakfast that she learned about in Hong Kong: Rice, pieces of friend Spam, and a couple of eggs. Top with a little bit of soy sauce. YUM
I always get so hungry after watching these videos you guys make it look so easy I burn water
The way Ben says 'compote' amuses me probably more than it should.
so much fun to watch you guys!
People make fun of British cuisine a lot, but I feel like something you all really nailed is dessert. Eton mess, trifle, treacle tart, banoffe, these are all delicious!
Bacon with egg...I'm in heaven
The mayo, cranberry and mustard dip is amazing on a crusty hot turkey baguette.
BeeBee Cavendish oh yeah!
It's about time, I love eggs. Definitely trying the eggs Benedict. Would the scotch eggs work if they were cooked in any way other than frying though?
Came here and I'm binge watching old good episodes of Sorted. :D
here I have one of my favorite, egg curry!! second favorite eggball wit mango sour these are jummieee from the caribbean
This one came up just in time, I was searching for egg recipes yesterday! :D
I tried this Eton mess and I'm only a teenager. It was so easy and it tasted sooo good. The cinnamon meringues were the BOMB! I had so many left I'm deciding what to do with them (eat them probably) lol
kate wang Glad you enjoyed it!
all of these look amazng, i can't wait to try them out, but does anyone know any substitutes to cinnamon in the spiced eton mess?
I really love cooking with eggs XD Chawanmushi (Japanese savory steamed egg custard) is my favorite, though!
these recipes are awesomeeeeeee I can't wait till it's morning! (current night time here ;) to try theseeeeeeeee ! :D thank youuu
for the eggs Benedict, I usually use cider vinegar (especially if it's apple cider vinegar) :) Even when making a red velvet cake, works perfectly - since I don't like the taste of vinegar that much.
I haven't seen all of the sorted recipes, but I've seen a fair share of them an this is the first video where I've seen them use a toaster.
Desiree Martinez Long time ago... but have you seen our omelette in a toaster? OMELETTE IN A TOASTER RECIPE ft. Slomozovo - SORTED
I can't tell if the 'just roll with it' poster in the background is an oasis reference, but if it is then I love them a little more now
Brilliant ideas, guys!
I'll probably make Chinese egg tart. They're sooooo good
The signature dish in my household is a sunny-side up egg served over white rice and banana. It sounds sort of gross but it's delicious! The banana is completely optional and it turns the dish from savory into sweet. I believe my grandma brought the recipe with her from Cuba, but I'm not positive.
These are amazing... thank you, now I know what to do with eggs :D
Ben's face at 4:48 is adorable
+rkh27 7:00 is what got me
OMG! I have to try these recipes!
Aww, Mike seemed quite impressed with his pun! Bless! XD
Some tarragon in that hollandaise would also be a nice touch!
