I’ve also heard …”make it work or do without”. Maybe a false memory or another version. This was a US government slogan during WWII rationing. Sustainable propaganda if you will.
Can you imagine the USA having such a slogan this days??? The human population might have a chance.

Not if you use the Colorstay Dye Fixative, which also comes in a bottle and is next to the Rit dye in the store :)
