Hi Everyone, welcome to another cooking series with Moi.
Trust you all are doing good.
In todays vide, i am sharing how to make Nigerian Buns. In my opinion, it the easiest snack ever. It €№st mix and fry.
Wet yt Dass are ďIngredients
1 egg
¼ cup of milk
¾ cup of water
Dry Ingredients
3 cups of Flour
½ cup of sugar
2tbs butter
2tbs of Butter
2 tbs Baking soda
1tps nutmeg
Procedure
In a bowl, mixx all the dry ingredients and set aside.
in another bowl,mix all the wet ingredients
Add the the wet to the dry ingredients amd mix, now dont mix for long. Once they are nicely into each other, fry.
The oil should not be to hot else it buns will burn without being cooking. Medium high is just fine.
