- This is my very simple Achomo / Chin Chin Recipe that your Quest / Friends and Family would Love
Ingredients:
4cups - Flour
1cup - Sugar or tt
1tsp - Baking Powder
1tsp - Salt
1/2cup + 1tbsp - Butter
1tsp - Vanilla Extract or Flavor of Choice
1/2 - 1cup - Water add little by little until desired consistency is achieved
Oil - For Frying

Sweet Adjeley teach them how to prepare Yolo/Ashaaku/Ashaamo/Mamu kaakro/Mah kaakro and peanuts/boiled peanuts in its shell with some lemon juice on the boiled peanuts to taste. Show them how to fry with palm kernel oil frying fishes/shito wadu mli shito it calls for the flavour around Swalaba and Bukom areas. The old women busy frying and Oblayoo/morning pap. Yolo too.

You may use baking soda but it may darken it🥰
If do not want to use baking powder you may use self raising flour allow the dough to rest. Before rolling
