I loved President Tanner. His words here are so very simple and they are plain. The mark of truth. I testify that his words are in fact truth. I am grateful we have record of these things available to us.

I know this talk has truth. I believe that Christ has established his church on earth again through modern prophets and heavenly revelation. We have a way to communicate with the stars ourselves through our personal prayers and in the name of Christ. Anyone can receive personal revelation from God at any time simply by praying.

Even as many as will. Today it feels like the world is falling apart. These are the worlds that stood out to me most of all. If we would just do all things in the name of the Son we would be uphold. We don't have to understand everything now, only that we do as commanded we will later understand. Do good works, follow the Prophets they will lead you to know. This was my takeaway.
Cody has a point, listen to many of these older conference talks, you’ll hear a boldness in speech. Too many sensitive ears now days. Listen as Cody obviously has, you’ll be surprised. Not that we don’t have great men leading the church, we do. But there are things said then that wouldn’t be repeated today.
Joseph Smith had multiple different accounts we now know of. From 2 personages to 3 personages and so on. It kept changing to better the "story". Believe in Christ and his example not this proven fake prophecy that has been disproven for over multiple decades now. Try to explain the first issue (plus hundreds more) on Reformed Egyptian writings that this was supposedly written in. Never has existed. Don't you think god would have covered first base with Mormonism?
