Hi Henry, Great video, when you mentioned Hedgerley Park no longer existing, you were standing on it. It used to be all part of the Bullstrode Estate hence the name of the woodland to your left being called Hanging Wood. The land was sold to settle forever ongoing death duties & Hedgerley Park Estate was established. The Estate is privately owned by two families & is private property including the lakes with only 3 public footpaths and the bridleway which you walked down to the valley with public rights of way. The game keepers cottage with the ghost story was actually gardeners cottages. The game keepers cottage still exists on the eastern boundary of the estate (though no longer part of the estate) to the village next to Hanging wood backing on to the former coach house which all served the old mansion that was sadly demolished in the 50's for the extraction of gravel. Court Farm at the west entrance to the estate where you start & end the was gifted by then sole owner Mrs Stevenson to become WW2 orphanage & was later sold on into private ownership not in the estate. Just a few facts to add lol. Fascinating videos done by a local lad, keep them coming 👍🏻
Hi John, thank you very much for watching and the info. It made for interesting reading!

I have just seen "Tvärbanan" in Stockholm. Just outside my house.
Cool, thank you for watching!
Henry, I definitely liked this video and can't wait for more in this series. You are old enough to get into a pub?😅 I always like a good ghost story. I could hear the traffic in the background, but I could hear you just fine. I liked the intro as well.
Thank you for joining me and glad to hear you like this idea for a series! There's another one on the way. Glad you can hear me ok, its one of those strange once we're you're never quite sure how the sound will come out in the video.
Great video Henry, I walk this path with my children and of course tell them the ghost story.
Thank you for joining me!
Well done Henry, an interesting little cameo of the 'old part' our village. I have circulated it to several people across the globe.
Thank you for joining me! Glad you liked it!

Thank you for joining me!
hey henry dein 2.movie war gestern sehr good mache weiter so lover henry goode movies
Thank you!
A great classic village near me is Ickwell in Bedfordshire. If you go on May 6th this year, its the May Day festival with dancing around the May Pole. Well worth a visit! Also the near-by Old Warden is a very pretty Emglish village.
Thank you for the suggestion. I'll have a look.
Whatever you decide to video, I will watch. As always it’s fun entertaining I do hope you do more ghost stories. I can’t imagine a walk on the same path you just did but at night time with no lights on I would be pretty scary.
Thank you for joining me! I may well do some more ghost stories from time to time. Yes, it would be a bit scary at night.
