- Isomalt tea bombs.
Ingredients :
isomalt approximately 100g (low-calorie vegetable sugar substitute);
tea
rose petals
sublimated raspberries, oranges
or any other sublimated berries and fruits.
We also need a silicone hemisphere mold with a diameter of about 7 cm.
Melted isomalt is very hot, so work quickly, carefully and with gloves.
The thinner the isomalt, the easier it is to work with.
The hemisphere shape must be placed on a wooden stand.
Melt the isomalt in a ladle.
Distribute according to the forms, as in the video. Leave to cool for half an hour.
We carefully take out the hemispheres from isomalt and proceed to assembly.
We fill one half of the hemisphere with delicious and beautiful tea, and heat the other half of the hemisphere in a hot frying pan and carefully glue our hemispheres. Decorate as you wish.
For convenience, isomalt balls can be placed in paper candy capsules. Our tea bombs are ready!
Happy tea!
