Aim slightly below parallel, fire rocket, freeze rocket, dash forward, unfreeze rocket. It becomes automatic after a while and suddenly you can literally fly.
There's a bonus song in the dark souls ost called "For The Dark Soul" and its sort of a remix of slave knight gael's theme. Apparently you could also hear it when you put on the "transitory lands" ps4 background.
I'm pretty sure the guns are from Nexus, but for everything else... It's a secret gamemode unlocked by descending into the deepest dungeon in the game and leaving a bloodstain there. Upon returning there you'll find an entity called "Hakita", he will slap you out of bounds and you'll be rewarded with this gamemode. After all these years, there are still more secrets to unveil in this game \[T]/
Step by step guide: 1.get an mp3 of the thing, somehow some way 2. right click steam game ultrakill, click manage, click browse local files! 3. There you'll see the files of the game, there should be a folder titled "Cybergrind". 4. In this folder, theres another folder thats titled "Music". Open this, then copy that mp3 into there and boom! You can select that track for the Cybergrind. getting the mp3 can be done in many ways, you can pay for the soundtrack, steam has plenty of games that offer the odst as a paid download or... ya get the jist, hope that helps
I've taken to playing Mechanical-con-domination (too lazy to use the real name with leet speek) in the cybergind and the amount of times it has lined up is insane.
when falling off the arena I find it helpful to shoot a rocket and immediately whiplash it. It's an unconventional way of rocket riding but it gets the job done, the movement's just a bit wanky immediately after riding the rocket because you have to redirect it upwards but once you get used to it it's just muscle memory
Imma tell you the entire process to keep it simple: you browse your local ultrakill files, you open a folder cybergrind, then textures and then you just put any custom texture in any order you like; you boot the cybergrind and go to the blue terminal, themes>custom and you choose your texture. If you're talking about the image itself, it's a screenshot from a cutscene in the Ringed City from Dark Souls 3
The music is Slave Knight Gael - Phase 3 by my favourite composer Yuka Kitamura. The skybox is a shot from a cutscene that introduces you to Gael's fight in Dark Souls 3, the tiles textures are just a fragment from the skybox.

personally i prefer: aim generally below you, fire rocket, dash (optional), whiplash
for me I go: aim below middle, dash, then quickly freeze, shoot, unfreeze
i freeze the rocket before shooting it, then unfreeze it and dash forwards at the same time.
@fishpickles7316 I do the same, I learned it that way, and it's easier letting the rocket catch up to you instead of you dashing towards it.
you can also look straight down and shoot/whiplash at the same time, but i prefer the strat you said
and this is why we whiplash rockets
*you. I try and fail continuously cuz whiplashing a rocket blew me up once. Its called trauma, look it up😎

when gael said "i am the dark soul" i started crying
"They say every soul has its dark, but now I have the dark of every soul" - dark souls peaked there

I really love it too, it's much easier to play on violin, but Gael will always be my all-time favourite
There is really nothing like having an epic fucking skybattle with a mindflayer while every other enemy just watches in amazement
WE MAKING IT INTO THE AGE OF DARK WITH THIS ONE 🗣️🗣️🗣️🔥🔥🔥🔥
I remember going to archdragon peak and finding this secret area. It was so cool.
You know a game is a masterpiece when any music you put on it is going to sound good.
Peeturbators Theme would go well in the Cybergrind. Perfect grilling music.
when that cold brew hits
if you look up and shoot a rocket then whiplash it back to you it gives you the same boost as a overpump with less damage
35 hp 1 mile long boost? boosts for a cheap cost? sssatisfactory!
Yeah Slave Knight Gael’s Cape is boutta hit you too
I like to see that some people take Cybergrind customization serious, cause my skybox and grid is just a side profile of a random dude smoking
Cool Dark Souls 3 gameplay, where can I download the mods?

I used some tekken 7 music, im literally fighting for my soul
slave knight gael
I use star wars cantina song
how do you get custom music in the cybergrind?
Ultrakill > browse local files > Cybergrind > Music
I think I know how your sawblade trick works
Imma try it tomorrow
what the fuck kinda helix rocket are you shooting at the start
That's what I'm saying
its a magnet and sawblades at same time
How do I customize my cybergrind music?
place your mp3s of choice in the cybergrind music file then choose custom when selecting a song in game
What the shit was that move at the beginning? Looked sick
The one where he ascends to the heavens? Thats a slam storage
If you meant the one with the saw blades, I shot a couple of magnets and started shooting saw blades afterwards
what is this music and how did you found this texture pack

Dawg, you could’ve saved that, why didnt you rocket ride after the initial rocket ride
I guess I'm so frustrated with my body's limits that I don't even try anymore
What song is this?
Slave Knight Gael - Phase 3, Yuka Kitamura
Thank you.
Wait, I just realised I actually killed her... Nvm guys, I'm cracked at the game ( ⌐▀͡ ͜ʖ͡▀ )
