Reason I say this is because I’m in Canada and I bet you people will just recluse and not see anything like this because as a culture they are a reserved withdrawn culture bordering cold. @Esteban A that's literally how it is for most countries right now. In NZ people here are getting a little too crazy about it. Like stop maxing out the toilet paper in supermarkets we're not on lockdown like other places are. We're still fortunate. Gotta take a bit of a chill pill I think...
I lived just a road away, and heard this live from my window. Around this time, Italians were blasting music at 6 PM every evening to liven the streets, from their windows.
i will always come back to this to remind of how good we have it now, thank god for our freedom

And definitely welcomed in this scary time of Corona Virus. Plus, he sang an extra phrase that doesn't appear anywhere on the score and which is actually only sung by non-professional opera singers. No respectable professional opera singer would even consider singing that last 'vincerò'.

Socho Kon North Italy, Districts of Venice. I found myself not in the core of the red zone but the desolation is still in front of my ears and eyes! The Quarantine is pretty strict!

In 2016, we were in Florance. There was a concert at San Flippo Neri's Church. Me and my wife, we were fascinated in front of Maurizio, Eva and Chiara.
They are very kind and polite people. Today, I saw this video on New's in Turkiye. Reminds me so much thing.

My God, such beauty! Growing up in a house with parents who loved all types of music, (my dad was half Irish & half Hispanic and my mom was Black & Native American) they both had beautiful voices and I heard them sing in many languages but for my mom,her favorite was Italian opera! Both of my parents have passed away now, but when I hear music like this, I thank God that I was blessed with parents that exposed me to such beauty, beauty that I can turn to even in the midst of sad and awful times, beauty that reminds me that a God that could give us this, is great enough to bring us through anything!❤
