You need an Alaska DEC approved septic system to get bank financing. People moving up here are driving prices up. Show th property in winter. Explain how the drive to civilization on icy roads is really fun.
My dream is to relocate from the U.K. to a property like this in Alaska, I fell in love with Alaska as a child and it’s been calling me out there ever since , absolutely beautiful place .
Don’t talk about it, do it. I had a great job in Northeastern US and just decided one day that it wasn’t for me. I quit and moved to Alaska. I was in my mid 20s when I moved here 45 years ago.

How do you determine the price of this property ? It’s a 100 thousand over priced . it’s only a cabin !! It’s only 1.5 acres ?
How far is it to civilization?
Just a quick question, Where are the deep freezer(s). With a meat hanging buildings they would need storage.
The sellers have already moved and took their deep freezer. It’s easy to buy your own.
Is there restrictions on this property
It’s an unzoned area but there are a few basic ccrs for this little subdivision. They are posted on the mls under docs
The title said lake access but you didnt cover that, no septic? Seriously?
Not much land, but, decent house, electricity, well, green house, fenced garden, sheds, wood sheds plumbing with filters, 2 heat sources, heated pipes, and more.
Those improvements cost a lot.

Probably 45mins-1hr

@@stevenundzid4765 that’s typically out in the remote villages. This is on the matanuska susitna borough, only 35 mins to Palmer (which has a fred meyers etc).
