Note: all dishes priced between Rs. 25 to 35

In this episode of GOTR Raw. I am joined by my friend Jay Bhow as we taste the best kachoris we’ve eaten - onion and mawa, followed by the Mirchi Bada, sweet lassi and a warming Kadai Ka Garam Doodh. Is there a travel agency that will take a person from the airport and show them India without taking them for a ride? From the airport to the hotel to sight seeing and eating? I think a one time fee including every last thing would be best.

Hi Gajendra, this is a new format GOTR RAW, to capture my culinary trails when I don’t have my team around. The focus here is not on the camerawork but rather to capture interesting interactions and experiences I encounter in a raw, almost unedited style. The main show, Gourmet On The Road will continue as always. Hope you enjoyed the video otherwise.

Yup, Rajasthan Kachoris are the best. Other than that, the ones in UP are also pretty good.

Rawat is overhyped and very touristy they have lost the touch of late, I suggest try the street vendors on MI road near Niros for excellent kachoris (its hole in wall shop) and the famous lassiwalas for Lassi. while you are in Jaipur do try lal Maas at Dhabba or Niros and don't miss the Marwari food at Chokki Dhani

food lovers was always a stand out for the presentation. so sad to see the videos like this brother . pls pls take your team along and stop this solo cam and anchoring thingyy... I think these places and food deserve.more respect and proper.coverage and not just an ordinary vlogger who shows food close to.the lens .

Hi Mithun, appreciate your comment. I’d like to share our perspective with you:
GOTR RAW is a new format, to capture my culinary trails when I don’t have my team around. The focus here is not on the camerawork, which may get better with time, but rather on capturing interesting interactions and experiences I encounter in a raw, almost unedited style. I believe these recordings offer a unique insider, first hand perspective that many of our viewers will enjoy.
The main show, Gourmet On The Road will continue as always.
Hope you enjoyed the video otherwise. Cheers!

Thank you Harjinder, this was a short visit to Jaipur for the Litfest with some culinary excursions in between sessions. I’ve tried LMB and another spot which will come up in the course of the month in the GOTR Raw format.
But I am hoping to return to Jaipur sometime later this year to explore more.

@@FoodLoversTV interesting and also something different but still we as viewers need to know if that particular food item you're eating is worth the effort to visit and spend money on.
