Its sad to realize, that i live in those coutry, whete the "wushu" for everybody means "something, that we somwhere saw in some asian movies". Amazing martial art. Its about thinking, concetracion and power.

I loved this. It really sucks living behind the corporate curtain, we dont have access to all of this. I really would love to see more tournaments doing traditional martial art forms with this fire.

      you can watch gymnastics instead.
it´s pretty much the same thing. A choreographed set of movements, which is judged and scored based on how high you jump, how you land, how keep balance, ... how you look, basically.

@@takezomiyamoto1390Gymnastics is so boring although it’s worldwide, oftenly spoke about in the united states. We want to watch sports that aren’t corporal. This is my first time discovering Wushu and I love it!

This intense activity and training will keep you fit and keep the weight off. Also it will improve (if you let it) your concentration, focus, and health. That's a bigger exercise floor than I've ever had, however. I remember sharing a floor half that size with a class full of students.

Puyi so Like gymnastics, this should be learned in childhood so training your flexibility will be easier. But it's not to late to do wushu, just find a teacher who is willing to train you and commit into it. oh and know this, this is a sport than a martial art. you will only learn forms not how to fight.

Jay Li in kung fu schools, performing a form or practicing the movements is called playing the form, practice, etc... I can't recall any female grandmasters by name but I have come across them before.

human body is same in movement, male or female.
lighter body will be faster, like a lioness is more agile than a bulky lion, but less power.

We are not lions but humans. Human males can and do outrun human females in the olympics. Then you can take an olympic female runner and she'll outrun the average joe by a long shot. It only depends on the person by person basis. Some big guys can outrun smaller guys. Some small guys can outrun bigger guys. Some smaller guys can beat up giants. Some bigger guys can beat up smaller guys. Many factors come into play.
