Too bad you don't have a receiver with the ELS frequency. I wonder if the conductor is calling for 3 step when he goes between those rail cars. When I worked freight we had a drill sheet and knew what cars were to be dropped. Before leaving the yard we would set up the train for the moves in order to avoid what this crew is doing. Of course, those were the days when there was a conductor and two brakemen on the crew. Those were the times when we made flying switch moves, good old time railroading. They aren't allowed to do this anymore.
