I was thinking about switching to Dr. Sebi's nutrition guide however I was reluctant because of lack of knowledge of how to prepare certain meals. Now that I've watched many of your videos I feel more confident in my transition. Thanks for posting your videos!!

There is one, or two, things that I will never comprehend. That is the one, or two, thumbs down I see versus the HUNDREDS of thumbs up. I know that we have likes and dislikes, but what is not to like about living? Thank you, Brother Ty. I appreciate every video that you have taken your time to make. Even if I don't ever try it, I applaud the love and effort behind it. The recipes help a non-meat eater, like me, enjoy ALL foods through ideas. Thanks, again!

Thank you Ty. I really appreciate you taking your god given time to share health and nutrition with the masses. I have just went "all" alkaline EVERYTHING. I feel GREAT and now with your videos I can add a variety to my grocery list. Oh, I'm so grateful to be able to add the things I love to the list that are good for me, such as: Ice cream, mac & cheese and apple pie, etc. I'm grateful for your kindness. Much success Ty.

O M G!!!!!! I used Teff and a little chickpea flour. Above and beyond delicious. I made this for my retired lazy mom who has refused to try to bake anything and has tried to purchase those $3.00 pies from the grocers. I have been telling her that I am going to bake her one. I finally did it. I used ginger instead of cloves, cuz I did not have any. Thank you for sharing this simple tutorial video. I am trying not to eat more than one piece. Bless you and yours.

You can find spelt flour at Whole Foods. They carry the brand called One Degree. However, you might like Tef flour. Out has a better flavor and your dough will be a lot thicker and flakier. You'll find Tef flour at an international store like Sagara. Hope this helps.
