IEM stands for In Ear Monitor which is the earpiece each band member wears to hear themselves and the other band members. They are wireless so all one has to do is to tap into the frequency and listen. Depending on what helps each band member they have different things in their monitor feed. Maybe this is Bonos feed since there is a little bit of everything but not so much bass and a lot of vocals. Could be a mix of a couple of their feeds too.
@@henriqueerenner5741 I have never recorded any IEM feeds but I would guess that they are to weak to be reliably recorded anywhere other than in the same room.

Why was this downscaled to 360p? I remember seeing this vid a while back and the video quality was much better.
