This EP was perfect. Absolute high school memories. The Walking Dead had just premiered, Black Ops 1 Zombies, Left 4 Dead, Dead Space 2. Man what a time this was and we didn't even realize it.
Janets Planet There were once videos of this song and the other ones from this EP with about 100-200k views, Outnumbered even over 500k. They all disappeared for some reason...
Janets Planet it doesnt have alot of views because general society does not have the emotional intelligence to appreciate such beautiful music. everyones a pussy lel
Every time I've seen them perform this song live, the crowd has gone absolutely berserk at the "oh my god, they're everywhere" part. This song always gets me pumped.
One of the greatest EPs to have ever been crafted in the history of metal in my opinion. This EP changed my music taste forever and was one of the first albums i ever heard preformed live. To this day remains the most remember concert i have ever been to. God bless and may we all die by the throne🤘
If the zombie apocalypse happens within my life, this will be the first album I listen to post-breakout. Provided I survive long enough to do so, that is. :P
I can't wait to see you guys live on the zombie 5 tour, it's going to be a dream come true. TDWP has been my favorite band since middle school & now I'm a senior... you guys are an inspiration. See you may 12th in Lawrence Kansas!
This is one of my all time favourite albums this was what started me into metal when it first came out. This was my first experience with this type of music, and yet over the years his guttrals have gotten softer and it'll just never sound the same live
I come back to this ep every year at least once, it's one of my favorites. Also one I recommend highly to others often. We need more concept albums like this one imo
RedEyed XaXa I used to blast this playing left 4 dead, no joke, good times unfortunately this was the last full release of theirs that I enjoyed, dead throne was ok, but roots above and branches below, plagues, and zombie are by far my favorite works by them
a beautiful discord was a decent album, but for my taste dogs can grow beards all over was the only song I was excited about off that album, so it wasn't BS
The Devil Wears Prada ZOMBIE E.P. is absofriggin'lutely bangin' dam good. I got to see them April 9th. 2017 while special guests on THE KILLTHRAX TOUR 2027. This album is my #1 favorite by them.
I love Mike's lows. To me, in their previous albums, his vocals have more emotion and have a raw feel to them which sounds amazing still. His vocals seem more refined on this EP and it works soooo well. All around an impressive EP from a more-than-capable band! TDWP ROCKS!! \m/
I remember I was looking for this album at bestbuy and and I had to ask the staff that worked there to help me find it and it came up under heavy metal Rock I love this album also I got to hear it live on their zombie EP tour
Austin Ronkette Triangles can't be "upside-down," because there's no "right-side-up". They are triangles. Geometric shapes with three angles and three sides. Nowhere in that definition does it say that they have to come to a point at the top.
U know I litrally got in to them yesterday and what I do with ever new band is go to there old- new and I feel the brutality in the way the voice sounds gets harder as the albums pass
I just like to think it as they hit dislike on accident because they have terrible vision... I try not to think people are not as closed minded to find this music tasteless or not skillful, because even children know this stuff is awesome!!!
+Levail very true, I was just being lightly sarcastic lol. It would be arrogant as hell to really think someone would have the exact same taste you do. Shit I like anything and everything on the spectrum of rock and metal, classic and modern.
Mike has such a weird low, phil bozmen has a powerful low like that but mike has an upper hollow low that's so distinctive and I've never heard anything as heavy and evil as Mike's low growl
During some live performances, Mike would say something along the lines of ''with or without you, I'd die alone'' right before the shotgun breakdown. Has anyone ever seen that happen?
I did, but i am a survivor. cause pretty much no one that witnessed the breakdown after these words has ever made it out alive from the headbang and mosh pit it created.
This EP was perfect. Absolute high school memories. The Walking Dead had just premiered, Black Ops 1 Zombies, Left 4 Dead, Dead Space 2. Man what a time this was and we didn't even realize it.
You have good taste!
Very true. I guess at the time, we didn't think the times would change - well I didn't anyway. And looking back at it now, I wish they didn't :|
Just yes. Absolute yes. All of it.
Post scene zombie core
Zombie time.
2:20 that signal alarm still gives me chills, everytime
+eli joe when i heard that i ran with a bat to the living room haha i thought someone was breaking in :D
+eli joe its subtle, but still powerful / tdwp does alot of this
+eli joe I know... I Can't get over it yet
Soooooooo heaaaavvvvyyyyy
Goosebumps
This has to be one of the best metal albums ever written. So absurdly slappin’
Try to contain, every ounce of sorrow
Our hearts have no room for this
nearly 10 years later and this song is still insane.
Still here comin back for years upon years now🖤🖤🤘🤘🤘
Why does this masterpiece have such a low number of views? This whole EP is a freakin' masterpiece.
Oh well...haha
***** this came out years ago tho :o
Sam Gonzales Well it wasn't too popular to post a whole album/ ep on you tube back in 2010
Janets Planet There were once videos of this song and the other ones from this EP with about 100-200k views, Outnumbered even over 500k. They all disappeared for some reason...
Janets Planet it doesnt have alot of views because general society does not have the emotional intelligence to appreciate such beautiful music. everyones a pussy lel
The breakdown with the car alarm is to this day my favorite non instrument sound in any song lol so epic
The cover picture for this CD is awesome. Creepy and fitting.
Bro, every time I see these power poles running through miles of empty fields, I think of this cover. Every damn time.
this whole album should have a movie about it.
+Giovanni “Giothedude” Gomez I know, bitch.
+Giovanni “Giothedude” Gomez sure...
I mean him not "yo"
+Giovanni “Giothedude” Gomez OMG stop lol
+Fabiola Davila a reasonable person would say okay but I say.... uhhhh nay? lol
Now that is some smooooth Jazz.
yes it is 😂😂
Mmm yes
This isn’t Jazz, this is black metal you dumbasses
@@darklordmane9439 I guess you can never when someone is joking huh?
@@darklordmane9439 it's a joke man chill
"OH MY GOD THEY'RE EVERYWHERE" >
I remember yelling this in the pit at Warped before getting demolished when it dropped. My favorite EP ever
The concert was amazing, so much silence them attacked like zombies in the pit
+H Baker I read this comment at the exact time he said it :P
2:20 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
The hardest breakdown in metal history
Every time I've seen them perform this song live, the crowd has gone absolutely berserk at the "oh my god, they're everywhere" part. This song always gets me pumped.
One of the greatest EPs to have ever been crafted in the history of metal in my opinion. This EP changed my music taste forever and was one of the first albums i ever heard preformed live. To this day remains the most remember concert i have ever been to. God bless and may we all die by the throne🤘
3:34.
Beatdown plus gunshot? Oh-kay, that's official enough to know how fucking brutal is the apocalyptic situation right now...
Ikr? This would go well with the 28 Months Later movie coming out in the near-future.
This aged wonderfully, it's still insane
1. Roots 2. Zombie 3. Throne
Some of the best damn music to enter my ear holes.
If the zombie apocalypse happens within my life, this will be the first album I listen to post-breakout. Provided I survive long enough to do so, that is. :P
covid 19 baby
@@jonathananderinholmes8318 welcome
Man I saw this live and when the "Omg they are everywhere" bit came the mosh pit went insane
Nice
This ep was heavy in its own way. easily one of the best live sets ive seen
that epic breakdown at 3:08
fuck.. death core ruined this for me. epic for dwp. but compared to anything else it's mild.
true
Samuel Palmquist oh you are too cool , so metal
+maxwelld23 Hahahaha whatever you say dude
It's fucking massive dude
The siren at 2:19 is too perfect.
If your decisions include regret then it's already too late.
I love that line.
I like to imagine every hit at the snare after 3:10 is a gunshot
I can't wait to see you guys live on the zombie 5 tour, it's going to be a dream come true. TDWP has been my favorite band since middle school & now I'm a senior... you guys are an inspiration. See you may 12th in Lawrence Kansas!
Too bad they suck dick now lol
Andy Almendarez Nope you must have them confused with your mom.
Hell yeah! See you there
I look outside while listening, the wind picks up, storm clouds roll in..
That’s true I’ve seen that happen to 💨
1:18. I love how they added that piano
Liz Montanez Check out early Make Them Suffer. I think they’re the best at including piano in heavy music.
The little bit of djent here slaps like fuck
This is one of my all time favourite albums this was what started me into metal when it first came out. This was my first experience with this type of music, and yet over the years his guttrals have gotten softer and it'll just never sound the same live
can't get enough of this song.
I come back to this ep every year at least once, it's one of my favorites. Also one I recommend highly to others often. We need more concept albums like this one imo
This song definitely went the hardest on the EP.
Love the bullet casings hitting the ground sound before the big breakdown
It feels fucking amazing to play Dying Light with this EP playing in the background :D
RedEyed XaXa Never liked dying light much. Love this ep though
RedEyed XaXa I used to blast this playing left 4 dead, no joke, good times
unfortunately this was the last full release of theirs that I enjoyed, dead throne was ok, but roots above and branches below, plagues, and zombie are by far my favorite works by them
Justin Hall You didn't like Dear Love? I would have expected that above all when you pulled the "I only like their early stuff" BS
a beautiful discord was a decent album, but for my taste dogs can grow beards all over was the only song I was excited about off that album, so it wasn't BS
RedEyed XaXa I would do that, if I have enough RAM to run Dying Light XD
Idk I’ve always wanted a sort of classical renditioning of this piece. The orchestral arrangement in the beginning is beautiful
The Devil Wears Prada ZOMBIE E.P. is absofriggin'lutely bangin' dam good.
I got to see them April 9th. 2017 while special guests on THE KILLTHRAX TOUR 2027.
This album is my #1 favorite by them.
I used to listen that one in 2014.. Seriously i felt power whenever i listen
I remember when this ep first came out.. Man talk about a headache for days! 😂
So good. In 2020 and still think this the best metalcore release.
I love Mike's lows. To me, in their previous albums, his vocals have more emotion and have a raw feel to them which sounds amazing still. His vocals seem more refined on this EP and it works soooo well. All around an impressive EP from a more-than-capable band! TDWP ROCKS!! \m/
The way he plays drums 🥁!!!!
An era, and just like that it’s behind us all. Only left only in our memories.
I remember I was looking for this album at bestbuy and and I had to ask the staff that worked there to help me find it and it came up under heavy metal Rock I love this album also I got to hear it live on their zombie EP tour
Listening to this EP and playing Dead Rising 2, good mix.
I remember blasting this a lot before music school classes. My upstairs neighbor/building manager LOVEDDDDDD that :) :) :)
5 years passed and i still listening :D
This EP is the best thing this band made.
Love this song. One of my favorites.
the best clean vocal i ever heard
One of the best songs by them.
I'm here. Coronavirus is really fucking up the whole world and this is a fitting soundtrack.
Missed you guys at Blue Ridge 🥺 stuck at home but rocked my tdwp Jersey tho 🤘
still goes hard
Came back for badass!! ALBUM EP
Anyone notice the powerlines look like "TDWP" has all the shapes of these letters lol.
You see that insignia ??
The upside down triangle
+saiyanlineage ATTOJ You realize there's no such thing as an "upside-down" triangle, right?
What??
+Brendan Gibson TDWP's insignia is an "upside down" triangle
Austin Ronkette Triangles can't be "upside-down," because there's no "right-side-up". They are triangles. Geometric shapes with three angles and three sides. Nowhere in that definition does it say that they have to come to a point at the top.
2:19 my fav part
forever grateful I was able to see this entire EP live @FUBAR in St. Louis.
Best release of tdwp
U know I litrally got in to them yesterday and what I do with ever new band is go to there old- new and I feel the brutality in the way the voice sounds gets harder as the albums pass
I like how Mike during live performances of this song says before the breakdown "With or without you I will die alone"
With Or Without You, I will Die Alone.
I love this EP. It is THE EP.
Mi canción favorita de la adolescencia. ❤
Life changing
God this is amazing still. Timeless
Their best stuff.
One of my top 5 fave albums
remembering listening to this in middle school. rediscovering this gem 12 years later
Daniel Williams is a beast.
This shit deserves more views these guys are goated
I had the whole album downloaded on my phone. Great sound.
Please come to New Zealand!
Hidden gem 💎
This was my dads favorite Ep and now it's hard to listen to because he died 😭 still love tho
I'm really sorry for your loss. Yeah, I believe that it's hard, but at least you always have this EP so you can always sink in your memories
Much love kid! Hang in there
while listening i was picturing a movie in my mind :)
Br aqui em 2019 escutando essa obra de arte ❤️
Sim mano... Nostalgia
This song represents when someone shoots a car in Left 4 Dead. Here they come.....
Lol denki kaminari
Had this cd downloaded on my xbox360, Me and my brother used to put this on and slay in left 4 dead.
2022🤘
In 2021 and this is still a masterpiece
This song is still fucking badass
The people who dislike these songs obviously don't have ears or just doesn't understand what great music is! Rant over lol. Love this ep!
I just like to think it as they hit dislike on accident because they have terrible vision... I try not to think people are not as closed minded to find this music tasteless or not skillful, because even children know this stuff is awesome!!!
+Zach lovett maybe they just have different opinions on what they heard? Just a thought though...
+Levail very true, I was just being lightly sarcastic lol. It would be arrogant as hell to really think someone would have the exact same taste you do. Shit I like anything and everything on the spectrum of rock and metal, classic and modern.
This EP is so underrated.
Mike has such a weird low, phil bozmen has a powerful low like that but mike has an upper hollow low that's so distinctive and I've never heard anything as heavy and evil as Mike's low growl
Hranica's low growls are great, but check this out its Neurosis' Locust Star and Dave Edwardson (bassist) lyrics are just as hellish
ruclips.net/video/fmdmnnv2NkY/видео.html
Bons tempos
People are saying that TDWP didnt age well and its corny but idgaf this ep was dummy litt
Straight slappage in 2021 🤙
This do be hitting. Re listened at the start of the pandemic as a joke but now I’m in a year + loop
how is the part at 1:16 played on guitar I can't seem to get it
I’m only hear to feel better after hearing Zombie EP part 2. Awful this is amazing front to back
So much better than a lot of bands out there
2021 and can't wait for Zombie 2 BABYYYY
0:16-0:35 The zombie slaughter must go on!
the sireennn, guys omg. 😍
Crystal Secatero You, 😍😍
In 2021, I'm listening to *the* band that started me on this music and got me through 2020.
Finally I can hear it in a good quality :D
Best 5 songs ever written jus sayin
i love this song it gives me victory.
Crazy
That shot gun breakdown still gets me harder then 2 day old cement.
LO MEJOR!!!!!!!!
This album was my jam in high school lol
During some live performances, Mike would say something along the lines of ''with or without you, I'd die alone'' right before the shotgun breakdown. Has anyone ever seen that happen?
