Well I seen the last episode last night... Wow did I feel for Jenni... Jeff is a full blown jerk... I would have blown like Jenni did.. Jeff was absolutely awful... Lea black egged it on with her laugh... I also watched Jenni on The after show, and she never went to anyone like Jeff has been saying.. Jeff also lied about her not working for him.. He fired her in the last 10 minutes of the episode... I also feel for Monroe...

The disrespectful behavior towards an older woman was horrible...talking about there's alot of people looking for jobs...how many people are gonna put up with two rude bullies...that like verbally abuse woman.

After watching the finale, I see Jeff’s point. How were you offered the role when you didn’t audition for it? Her whole reasoning didn’t make sense.
