Jeff is the King of revisionist history. Jeff had no place "calling her out" for ANYTHING. She was his assistant and a damn good one and a good friend as well. He ridiculed her, mocked her and derided her publicly. Lea and Jeff are wrong about her holding a grudge, imho. She simply was over him. Jenny finally got full of Jeff Lewis and got up from the table. I am sure it kills Jeff that Jenny doesn't need him any longer, lol. Look at his history! Everything he claims to love and care about ends up estranged from him! His little girl will be no exception.

Since Covid and this divisive election, MOST Americans are all too painfully aware of the hierarchy in which our interpersonal relationships now find themselves. Some of us didn't need those catastrophes to place them first in importance, but ALL of us made room for them. It's part of the fabric of our family life and one we treasure now more than ever...unless you're Jeff Lewis.
Jeff never missed an opportunity to be funny. Like the personal hygiene and waxing jokes he amused himself with as his Surrogate labored to deliver his daughter. I'm sure they're very close to this day. All Jeff's Ex-partners are banished from his presence, because HE is still hurting. Naturally, those same men are ALL out to get him, steal his business and poach his employees. And yet they ALL love him still and want him back! And those Ex-Employees are just so grateful to have orbited, however briefly, in the Sun center of the Universe....well, we never hear from THOSE people again... but they'll never speak on it out of Jeff loyalty.
But Jeff doesn't inspire. He manages by intimidation. He threatens. He picks up on your vulnerability and exploits it.
And it's why, Covid or not, he will ultimately end up all alone. Not even his daughter will stick around.
And, considering all he has handed out, isn't it fitting tribute to this man to be all alone in his advancing age?
@veronica carlson you know how Jeff even got his show? Jenny had the bravo cameras following her for another reality show that about actors and the side jobs they have. She worked for Jeff and they filmed at his office and their as in both of their show got picked up.

I’ve watched Jeff treat Jenny like s**t for yearssss on the show. At a certain point ppl have to set boundaries. Jeff is a very toxic friend and a bit of a bully. I’m sure she’s relieved to be away from him and allllll of his drama and degrading behavior.

He never accepts responsibility for his words/actions which shows his lack of empathy which is a characteristic of a sociopath. His only concern is for himself and finds humor in immature comments about other people's issues which normal people with a conscience find disturbing. I am entitled to my opinion so I gave it and now I read yours so feel free to not respond.

You can’t treat some one like shit than expect them to be so happy to see you. It’s you Jeff ! You treated her badly and she was a real good friend to you that didn’t deserve the way you treated her. The fact that he has no regrets about how he "let her go" speaks volumes. He is obtuse to the abuse and hurt he flings around. The truth is, he set her up. He lay in wait for her (in that restaurant,) he acted nice, like the usual "after a fight, we're over it now" attitude that he has. He let her feel comfortable and safe...then he stabbed her in the heart. He is truly cruel. He thought about how to best hurt her, he planned how to best hurt her, he executed his plan with a look of such nonchalance. It was chilling. I believe him when he says he has no regrets. He just this side of a psychopath.
It's not that Jeff tried to make Jenni look bad/humiliate her, it's that he didn't care that he humiliated her. You don't treat people you care about, respect and supposedly love like that. PERIOD.

It's true I have a very healthy self esteem. A good therapist might help you achieve this for yourself, if you're willing to do the work.
I'm not at all concerned with how I come across to strangers who have little bearing on my existence and I have no issue with my level of confidence in my looks or intelligence. One I had nothing to do with and the other was my exemplary education...it's probably why I can easily spot and call out a bully like Jeff who tries to be funny but is really just covering up his own insecurities.

I love watching Jeff Lewis. He's very brutal and open with the people on his show and it makes for great entertainment. However, I could not be friends with someone like him in real life because he goes too low and is very unconcerned about people's feelings (at least that's what he puts out). He burns too many bridges. I'll continue to love him from a far ❤️

I watched that episode by chance, I wasn't familiar with the show. When I saw the firing of Jeni, I wanted to die. I didn't know who she was but I was horrified by the way Jeff fired her, so casually, in camera. It took me days to get over that horrific scene. I felt humiliation and such disregard from Jeff. I can't think of it without cringing. I hope no one ever treats me like that.

With all due respect, what about your respect for the 15 year relationship? You called her a LIAR. My integrity means everything. If my friend of 15 years questioned my integrity I too would choose to love them from a distance. Toxic relationships aren’t healthy. This relationship was bound to end when Jenni and her husband sold their home and bought the home that Jeff wanted! His whole attitude changed when she showed him and shortly afterwards they started the drama of reality tv to end the season on a one up for Jeff with the ultimate crush. Let's take Jenni out! End the season give people the drama. I'm so happy for Jenni she can go on with her life and have what he'll never have a loving relationship.
This was by far one of my favorite reality shows. One by one my favorite ones started leaving obviously unhappy. So painful to watch at times. Eventually had to leave too after faithfully watching since day one. IF Jenny really wanted to come back she could & with her own reality show. She was a very loyal &
extremely professional assistant to Jeff. Sad to see how it ended with them. Doing this show right here is just further rubbing salt in the wounds.
Kenny was an angel on the Show. She tried to work with Jeff for the best of her ability. Jeff drove her away. Thank God she has a supportive husband and 2 beautiful daughters. She is good. That’s your loss Jeff.
He say’s she’s missing out on a lot because he would’ve brought her on other projects. I think that Mr. Narcissist here hasn’t realized that she doesn’t need you! She would rather throw herself from a cliff that ever see you again 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️

As much as I love watching him, what he did to her the day he humiliated her, and then in the restaurant firing her he deserves everything he got.... "finally" he is getting a little karma for all of the pain he has caused her and others in the past. He knew that she just bought that house, the one he was going to buy but didnt. He knew what the income of the show meant to her with this purchase. She had been taking it for years, and put aside his quirky behaviors and stood by his side even while being humiliated by him. When she needed some understanding and for him to be a true friend to HER for once and put her first instead of himself, he couldnt do it. He used that opportunity to act like his firing her was doing her some big favor and helping her with her career. Please, it was so obvious that he was doing the opposite and was punishing her for "in his mind", making him look bad. The look on his face in the car when she had finally had it and started crying, was a seething, infuriated look. I knew exactly what he was thinking. It wasnt about him making fun of her and humiliating her anymore, it was about everyone is now feeling sorry for her and he knew it made him look bad in front of a client, which in his mind is the worst. Thats what this whole firing was all about. Watch that part again. Look at his face, when she started crying...... After that he was all so willing to torture his best friend some more by removing her from the show which would mean she would have a hard time now paying for that house, and not even have her tv gig anymore. I totally get why she will never talk to him again. If she ever did, he would only last for a couple weeks until the next time he decided to humiliate her, and she knows it. Everything was always on his terms.

Jeff I love you but you def knew how much that burned her heart and guts to hear you scream those horrible things to her, you absolutely did. I'm sorry honey but you broke her heart. If "y'all don't see "that side of behavior" maybe this was best. Lea Black, you are a darling and really a super smart lady but sometimes I think when it comes to relationships like this...I think you should let ppl figure it out on their own.
I love Jeff! I couldn't work for him but appreciate his work ethic. Jenny revealed how crazy she was on that day!
