I bought hmt jhalak few months back. One of the best decision of mine in watch purchase.
I have my dads HMT Surya watch which is more than 35 years old and still working. hand winding. golden dial with golden metallic strapes. I cant find the watch online and I cant find out what will the actual cost for this watch.

Hmt kohinoor, janata , pilot are the best watches to have from HMT India.
If you are in Bangalore you can buy it from HMT shop near to the factory. I bought black dial pilot and yes Kohinoor red dial watch was available there.

I ordered a hmt jhalak black dial watch and received a hmt jhalak white dial watch. What to do now? I have emailed them but they give no reply. I have called their no and it's saying that the no is not registered, please call after some time.
Normally they respond, please reply to the mail with screenshot of watch, invoice, your order details and shipping etc.. So they are clear why you claim a return policy

If it's a mechanical hand wound movement then you have to wind so the coil gets in tension, I explained the functionality in detail in my quartz vs automatic video
