    HOW WOULD YOUR PREVIOUS WORK COLLEAGUES DESCRIBE YOU? 03:12
    INTERVIEW TIP #1 - The interviewer is asking you this question because they want to know you are going to fit into their team quickly!
    INTERVIEW TIP #2 - In your answer, give three or four strengths that you are renowned for at work.
    INTERVIEW TIP #3 - Explain WHY you think your work colleagues would describe you in the way you have stated.
    HOW WOULD YOUR BOSS DESCRIBE YOU? 05:13
    INTERVIEW TIP #1 - A boss is more likely to describe you in a constructive way, so we need to be careful how we answer this question!
    INTERVIEW TIP #2 - If you have had a performance review in the last 12 months, tell the interviewer what your boss said during it.
    INTERVIEW TIP #3 - In your answer, give three or four positive things your boss would say about you, and then one area of improvement!
    This demonstrates honesty and self-awareness!

    my biggest fear is that somebody already rehearsing your answer and saying it before me and then the panel gets the same answer. That could be a basis for rejection.

    Nice video! Can you please come up with a STAR answer to the following 3 questions?
    Would prefer all answers that explain what you WOULD do and not based on your previous experience.
    1. How would you approach someone in the team who is struggling?
    2. How would you handle unfair criticism?
    3. How do you deal with receiving feedback? How do you act upon it?

    Ok so say asked me this on my interview yesterday. I didn't watch this before or I would have nailed it! The good news is I used the same examples so fingers crossed 🤞🏼. I really need this one!

    I a question I was asked “what is something your best friend would say you need to work on...?”
    And another was “what is a misconception people have about you?” The misconception question caught me off guard, as I felt I was doing great in the interview until this last question...?

    UK interviews feel straightforward. US interviews always change their culture depending on the role. Like construction union interviews are child's play to succeed. Corporates decide about looks and voice. Minimum wage hires anybody except overqualified people. And the average working class jobs are ghosted or rejected for the smallest tiniest bits of issue like winking once during the interview.
