If the tail is wagging the dog, the dog must be liking being wagged by the dog. Or maybe the dog gets tired of being wagged, and then tries to bite its tail.... but ends up going round and round while spiralling out of control as the military profits increase....providing the dog with a tastier meal than tail .....?
