I just want to get rid of all the preinstalled garbage my TV came with. Imagine paying nearly $3k to find out you have no control over the device you just purchased.
Absolutely garbage that we can't get rid of Samsung TV so every time I turn on my son's new TV it shows Now Playing , Baywatch.... I thought this was Android and not Apple....
Hello not all of my Apps are on the main Home Screen of my smart tv so how do I uninstall or remove those? They’re like in the lineup of my apps but they’re not at the very bottom to where I can remove them. I have removed some of the ones that I want to remove that are on the home screen but the ones that when I go to apps and the apps pop up, and I try to hit the arrow button down word all it does is open up the app like HULU for example.
This worked man. I got rid of all the pay stream services. I am so sick of these multi-billion dollar media corporations trying to shove unwanted things up our wahoos.... what a bunch of slime ball people... anyways..thanks for the tip!! I have a roku tv that I'm going to get rid of...it's worse than this samsung. I will give samsung credit for making it compatible with a keyboard..roku didn't have that, it also didn't have bluetooth. I hate roku now will never buy another one.
@@techtips I know right! I even double checked and sure enough, TikTok app which is official CCP spyware cannot be uninstalled. What was Samsung thinking?
@Tech Tips 2022. Bought new over the weekend. Seems "better-ish" after deleting some apps and clearing all the cache. I wish I could permanently delete E-manuals and other "non-deletable" apps.
uhh the video is a minute and a half lol, and no that's not possible otherwise i would've shown it. rarely can you delete preinstalled apps on any device.
Not sure why you expected that, the vast majority of people liked vs disliked the video, and it's rare for electronic devices to allow you to uninstall pre-installed apps.
