It took a few hours total to do the job. It was mostly waiting for the pb blaster to loosen up the manifold bolts. Make sure you have both shallow and deep sockets available. It can be a bit tight behind the engine. I have some recordings of the installation but they were recorded in multiple videos.
With casual driving I can hit 42mpg. My normal driving is about 34 mpg. It's biggest gain is hill climbing and highway driving. It doesn't run out of breath.

You can purchase it at the weapon r website. Its listed as a toyota yaris header. It'll fit any yaris with the 1.3 and 1.5.
