i honestly don’t blame him. there was an episode where michael put the fan and space heater on high and it turned all the electricity off. plus the building was prolly built in the 80s where they didn’t have much electrical protection for surges.

Also prone to surges can mean prone to having strong feelings like hunger or horniness which we have known kevin to develop even before his surge protector was stolen..
