What a really great show, the writing is hysterical and sharp as a tack - And the actors fit together seamlessly - Penny character is masterfully played, I never realized she was such a great actor. Parsons delivery of this line made me spit out my coffee “We may be dealing with befoulment on a molecular level” Brilliant 🤣😂

Somehow, in the restaurant clip, Raj seems like the only one who doesn't look foolish....Howard especially highlights the appearance of being in a spoof....maybe it's how a lot of times, visible minorities just fit almost any role in the best ways....dapper enforcement agent, extraterrestrial commander, doctor, bus driver, superhero, etc. We minorities just make situations visibly more attractive without even needing to put in effort.

Not really. Gomer Pyle stayed dumb but still likable because he had a good heart and a positive attitude. Sheldon continued to be a brilliant but insufferable @$$ pretty much all the way to the end of the series.

I'm season 4 of binging this show, and I have to admit, Raj is annoying. I don't think I've laughed once at anything that character has said. Perhaps it's dealing with various customer supports throughout my lifetime, but yes his dialect annoys me.
it is not the actual dialect of the actor. Whenever you hear him talk, he still has an accent but not as heavy in the show, this was purposeful and actually very stereotypical for his character to have a heavy English accent. Do not get irritated, its a hollywood problem to have the Indian characters having that heavy accent even though not everyone has it.
