I forget which d series i have, but i love the pen attachment. It isnt the greatest pen, but it has came useful so many times. Different note, that back pocket you said that you didnt like, it would be great to put something like my work badge in.

If this Dapper existed when I bought the Maverick several years ago, I would have bought the Dapper instead. That style and band would really work for me.

I still love my M1 Rail, but I would love an integrated fold if implemented in a useful way. This is in the right zip code but still a bit off the mark for me.
Great review as always! I ordered one of these from Amazon months ago in the D-Tex material. They had it for 40 bucks so I decided to try it. I really like it! I always revert back to my Speakeasy wallets though. 🤘
I have a D03, the DTEX model. While I love it, I find myself concerned that the elastic strap will loosen over time so I also ordered a T01/D01 (same wallet but the T-series includes the MT02 multi tool.) Hopefully the silicone band feels and is sturdier. I worry I may miss the rail system of the D03, but we will see how it goes. All that aside, the durability of the D03 is unreal. These wallets are *definitely* designed to last a lifetime.

I forgot which dango i had with that strap, but that strap after some usage stretches too much and it becomes unusable.
I have a few Dango wallets. A T02 Tactical Titanium bifold, an M1 Maverick Bifold, and one of these D03 Dapper bifolds. Ironically, I find myself using the cheap D03 the most. It’s small and light and has everything I need, nothing I don’t. The other’s are kind of heavy and bulky. For anyone wanting to try a Dango wallet my advice is try this one first.
What’s your favorite wallet of all time ?? I keep going back to the saddleback leather trifold, maybe I’m just old fashioned lol

Maybe it's just me, but these wallets seem bulky. Who carries more than maybe 5 cards max these days…
Plenty of people. I myself carry 6-7 and I had to ditch a few store cards just to slim up
Minimal wallets are just a marketing hype IMO. I have never seen an effective one till now, better stick with quality regular wallets that has a lot of features.

Dango is so overrated, their very uncomfortable in the pocket
Finally someone who gets it…..I’ve owned 4 of their wallets and I tried to like them……I came to the conclusion they don’t make good products. I rather carry an open sea leather or a willow craft goods wallet etc…
And the retention system loosens and won’t hold the cards
My M1 is comfortable in my front pocket
