Can anyone clarify my doubt. I have taken a home loan and later surrendered the property to the bank due to non payment. Now the bank has arranged a buyer and is going for registration. But I had also took chit but due to non payment chit company taken the property in her name. But MODD and original documents with the bank. Now can we do the property registration. Or registration department will reject .
