That means you are no introvert, just shy. Introvert means you dont like social contact as much. I got the same thing.
I used to be the same. Going to the gym really helped my confidence as I‘m finally starting to feel comfortable in my body. Just go out there and try to talk to people more often. Even just once a day more will be a game changer over time. Keep strong and try to better yourself and your confidence will also improve.

ik damn well hes not gona say this but I'm putting this out here for public documentation i was really insecure when i was really young being really skinny small you name it i was at my worst but during middle school i realized being confident is the best thing for someone and i turned out to be to confident because some bad drama weird incidents and my confidence led to me thinking everyone would forget about what i did because who cares right but sophomore year of highschool it came back turns out this old drama with me and my ex turned into me loosing someone i had genuine interest in because they never forgot but still i do remain confident and happy as a person
