You posted some great information and I still seem to have an account linkage issue. But, I did find your helpful vid lacking with technical information such as what type of video format is allowed (MP4, Quicktime etc), Resolution limits/requirements, size restrictions, time limits. If you have that info, it would be beneficial to know as well.

Hey bro mine is not working either. The loading stays on 0%, same problem right? The fix is to make a facebook account, then link your facebook account to your instagram and then it will start working again. But then the next day Facebook disabled my account for no reason. I dont even know what to do now, i feel like quitting editing. Please tell me if you found a fix

Hey! Can anybody help? It was really good, it worked, i could upload 2 video with it. But it dosn't let me post videos now, that % stuff at the bottom stucked at 0% with a red "!" sign. It works with pictures, but it stucks with the videos. I don't think my video would be the problem,becauese i tried with the previous video i uploaded with this, and it didn't work with that either, even tho i posted that with the creator studio earlier. i would really really need this, i need to post a scheduled dance cover tomorrow, every help is appriciated! thank you so much!

Hi Ben, it's a very clear and good video, very easy to follow. I can upload photos ok but when I try to upload videos, the upload bar keeps stuck at 0% and then turns red with an !. Facebook made a few changes to creator lately and I guess that s few of us are missing something. Can you make an update?
Seconding this. Apparently there is a solution by logging out and then back into Facebook but its not working for me.

At 2:34 that's NOT what happens ... you have to be logged in & it says you cannot log in with facebook. Caught in a loop. Cant get past that point. Tutorial NOT step by step. Assumes too much
I think the problem with mine is that the creator studio doesn't let me login in the page to IG, even though my FB and IG are connected and looks like it's already connected to FB. I logged in and out of FB, and tried to connect to IG again, but it's still not working and getting stuck on the first page for IG and on the FB section, and it says, "You've successfully signed into Creator Studio.
To begin seeing activity or insights, you'll need to have a Facebook Page and upload some content.
Page Admins can give you access you to an existing Page, or you can create a Page of your own." hmmm this doesn't make any sense. Anyone has proceed past this stage? Also, it's now August 2021, so I assume some of the creator studio's user interface has changed since Ben's video tutorial has been posted. Plz let me know if you have any tips! Thanks

you need to convert it, I've had this problem before, just convert it to mp4 and you can upload it

HELLO ANSH! I followed your directions to attempt to upload a 9 minute video from my PC that was edited and exported using the Adobe Premier 2022 settings for Instagram, but it would not upload!!
I instead how to cut and export the video into 9 individual clips that Instagram would upload! What did I do wrong and is really possible to upload up to a 60 min video to Instagram?

HELLO BEN! I I followed your instructions exactly and changed my Instagram from personal to a business account then they attempted to upload some of the music videos I created but Instagram still would not accept them, they said they were over 1 GB! 😢

Thanks for the video! Looks like you can now only 'switch to professional account'. This makes your profile completely public with any new follow requests automatically approved - maybe not to everyone's preference....
Same for me. And then it says you need to link FB page from within IG profile settings, except the option isn't there if logged in from a browser, so you can't link accounts without the app. The trick for this I discovered is to go instead into your facebook page settings and link the IG account from there.

When I get to the page with the purple Instagram bar, I just see a button that reads "Connect Your Account". I click on that and get another page which reads, "Share Instagram Access with Facebook Page Members?". I click the OK button but I get no further.
