I'm trying to upload videos to my Instagram from my computer. I get to the step where it says " upload from computer or drag and drop " and trying both methods nothing happens, it seems like it doesn't " catch on " ....... do you know what the problem could be ? Thank you !
It was helpful in that I was able understand that the "Create" link added my edited video. BUT I wanted to add text to the reel before posting which you didn't mention. It appears that this is not possible. Therefore, I would like to know how to get this video from my photos to my app on my phone so that could complete the edit process.

HELLO JEWEL! That was an excellent tip for changing the aspect ratio to 16 by 9 my videos have text on the lower corners that could cut off otherwise! Thank you so much again for that! One more question my videos are about 4 minutes long and maybe about two to three gigabytes! is it still possible for me to put them on Instagram?

whenever i click next it change from creating a post to a new reel. WHY???

Nope you just need to upload the video from a desktop computer to be able to do longer video files
