Clifford Blossom is the killer!!! If you notice during the scene where Archie and Veronica kiss there appears to be a car headlight shining through the window. The person arriving at FP's trailer is likely to be the murderer. Considering that everyone (all the parents, except for the Blossoms) were at the Cooper's dinner or on the way to the dance, the Blossom parents are the only two suspects left. Also, I'm a little too convinced by Ms. Blossom's reaction to Jason's killer being found to suspect her.
Betty's dad left the dinner around the same time as FP though so he couldn't have planted the gun in the trailer. I think the only reason Betty's dad was written into the dinner scene was to cross him off as a possible suspect in the murder.

Also, in last night's episode, he speaks with Joaquin and tells him he's only been dating closeted straight guys so far. We know about Moose but his use of plural? I think he was having a fling with Jason. I think these scenes would have been useless for the viewer if they weren't hints. That being said, I hope he's not the killer and I'm wrong. It would suck to have the only main gay character being the killer.

Yeah this show is on The CW, they rarely ever cancel these types of shows. It also has more viewers than most of the other CW shows. Their ratings might even be better than arrow and the flash. It's a guarantee!

If I recall correctly the show was renewed around the 4th or 5th episode. So far there isn't anything to worry about going into next season. Unless next season bombs hard I think it's safe to say that this show will probably go into a third season at this point.

OK here's my theory : I think KEVIN is somehow involved. At Jughead's birthday party, he tells Joaquin they could go out somewhere else (sex implied) and perhaps Sweetwater River. He even says he's been there once or twice (yeah, once when he might have killed Jason and the other time when he pretented to find his body). Also, in last night's episode, he speaks with Joaquin and tells him he's only been dating closeted straight guys so far. We know about Moose but his use of plural? I think he was having a fling with Jason. I think these scenes would have been useless for the viewer if they weren't hints.
That being said, I hope he's not the killer and I'm wrong. It would suck to have the only main gay character being the killer.

3. My theory is that She said Jason was one of her students but you need to think that so is Archie. Maybe she tried to make a move on Jason but he said No and said he would expose her. On July 4th why did she go to Sweetwater River? Coincidence. Maybe she was trying to follow Jason see where he was going track him down then kill him on July 11th to keep her secret a secret.
4. Also, Veronica and Betty went into Ms Grundy's car and found a gun the same gun that killed Jason 🤔

I cant really think that the killer is betty's dad because its a bit too obvious, but, after they had dinner in episode 11, it doesn't look like he attends homecoming, and apart from the blossoms, he seems to be the only important character that's not there (except for polly). He knew that FP was dropping jugg and betty off at the homecoming, so he knew there was time to place a gun in FPs trailer...

Here goes all the jughead fans getting angry Cheryl is slapping him even though they have no idea what happened or what was said before she slapped him. Also if you look at 0:10, you can clearly see that she very emotional and close to tears when she slaps him so maybe he said something to her that got her upset
I'm suspicious of Mr Blossom, but I think whoever did it has a connection to Betty. Notice how her eyes flick and how Kevin looks at her when they watch the murder.
I think it's Ronnie's mom. She was so sure it wasn't Hiram and as much as I like her, I just have a gut feeling it's her. She probably did it for Hiram, which is why she said she'd cut all ties with him if he was found guilty, knowing that he can't be found guilty when it's her. That would explain why Hiram also said to Ronnie in the letter, "Your moher isn't as guilty as you think" or something like that. It would also explain why Ronnie is so shook and crying.

Yeah this show is on The CW, they rarely ever cancel these types of shows. It also has more viewers than most of the other CW shows. Their ratings might even be better than arrow and the flash. It's a guarantee!

Yes, renewed for season 2. It's a huge hit in other countries through Netflix. Although it's not CW's highest rating show, it has a huge fan based around the world and I am happy for that because I love the story, the characters and the freaking cast. :)
If I recall correctly the show was renewed around the 4th or 5th episode. So far there isn't anything to worry about going into next season. Unless next season bombs hard I think it's safe to say that this show will probably go into a third season at this point.
