I worked here and told them someone was going to get killed or seriously injured because of unsafe working conditions. I even contacted OSHA numerous times about things at the facility this is why I left a few months ago and sure enough it happened. This place needs to be shutdown all management cares about is pushing numbers and not about the safety of the workers at all!
Normally it's carbon monoxide poisoning that causes death. When somebody causes an accident involving ammonia should have called 911 and set off the emergency alarms through our the building to let co workers know that they are in danger.
