I love the variety to your recipes. I know that a lot of your recipes are oil free and more “healthy”, I think it’s great that you also provide indulgent recipes that include more oil, vegan butter and vegan cheese! It’s all about balance! I love to eat more wholesome healthy recipes sometimes and than other times I just want a good comforting pasta with all the oil lol.

I like pesto pasta or pasta salad made with cherry tomatoes, vegan mozzarella marinated in a oil seasoning and herb mixture, and basil. Then mix it all together including some of the marinade.
Hi Caitlin! I love your videos, and I was wondering if you would ever think of doing an alternative pizza recipes video. I have seen pizza crust made with oat flour, as well at cauliflower, and also squash pizza crusts. I would also love to see your favorite combinations for toppings too!
I love the Trader Joe's soyrizo! I tried it recently and it's absolutely fantastic. Currently have two packages in my fridge. Will definitely have to try the third recipe soon. Might have my rainy day cooking project for tomorrow :)
I eat plain whole wheat pasta and sometimes white pasta totally plain with nothing added and completely enjoy it. I eat about 900 grams dry weight or about 3000 calories of plain pasta in one meal.
I do the same thing with oats, quinoa, white rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes, beans, and lentils. I eat big monomeals of them with nothing added and comletely enjoy them like that.

I love the fact you acknowledged the original creators of that recipe and as opposed to replicating it, you decided to come up with your own flavours! I must say, these sound much better to me - so much more interesting! Plus, *that* pasta just wasn't created as a vegan one and it doesn't come out great with the plant based substitutes ;P Much better to just celebrate the concept and vegan ingredients which work lovely together! Vegan Pesto [also gf]
Ingredients:
3 packs basil
spinach
