I was about to make a UL hammock go to video, but just yesterday i got asked for tips on hammocks, so I expanded the video showing a cheap hammock set and some professional popular choices.
I start showing a no known cheap brand hammock set.
Then I move to the Superior Gear Hammock with a Nortent Bivvuakk Tarp Tent.
Then its the Haven Safari XL Tarp Tent
I talk about on the Amok Draumr. And the Ultralight Amok
And at the end I have my "Go To" Amazonas Ultralight with Nortent Helleren Extreme Tarp.
Other brands that I have tested are:
    1. Ticket to the Moon
    2. Hennesy Hammocks
    3. Hawaiian Hammocks
    4. Warbonet
    5. DD Hammocks
    6. A few other cheap brands too

When showing the Superior Gear Hammock i ment that you can use the Bivuakk to make an enclosed Hot Tarp Hammock Setup. Sometimes I jsut say wrong words or eat them lol.
The other part I noticed I said wrong is on the Dyneema Parts of the Bivuakk, the Nortent Bivuakk Tarp Tent has Dyneema, not the Superior Gear Hammock. Wich mades the Bivuakk and Helleren tarp very strong professional tarps for bad weather.
The amok Draumr is a Norwegian Product, something I was about to say then I jumped to saying that Amok Draumr and the Haven are not a banana hammock, but a sleeping pad hammocks. That gives you the possibility to lay on your stomach and sides more comfortable than banana type hammocks, and where you dont feel so compressed as you do on the Banana Hammocks wich for some can feel clautrofobic, and sometimes even make you more colder too.
II might have some details wrong, or that I just forgot, but I think most of the important talk, I covered.

For the Haven safari, with the new True Level XL pad plus a thin fleece blanket underneath, I was able to get down to -6C very warm. I still needed a quilt on top to match (which is true of any hammock really) but I will say I do think it can get down to winter temps pretty well.
I'll also add, the haven packs down pretty small if you ditch their bag, it's so bulky and really meant for car camping. You could also match it with a smaller traditional hex silpoly/silnylon tarp that won't take up nearly as much pack space.
Lastly, accommodations for when there aren't adequate trees. With every other hammock I need to bring a tensa4 / trekking treez / tensa solo / some sort of stand in case there aren't adequate trees. The haven can just be set up on the ground and works just as well.
When I originally got it I concluded it was probably gonna be too bulky but after making the changes I mentioned above and accounting for the stands it actually ends up packing down to be the smallest hammock setup I have.

BTW I see you have a hammock addiction like me so let me just add some more recommendations to check out. Towns End makes THE BEST bridge hammock around but if you're under 250lbs you can get the readily available Banyan from dutchware or the ridgerunner from warbonnet which are also both very nice.
I like these style of bridge hammocks because like the amok and haven they give you that flat comfortable lay, but unlike them they don't require a pad and can be used with a down underquilt (which I find to be the most comfortable).
