"What did Europeans eat before agriculture?
Before the Neolithic revolution that began around 10,000 years ago, European populations were hunter-gatherers that ate animal-based diets and some seafood. But after the advent of farming in southern Europe around 8,000 years ago, European farmers switched to primarily plant-heavy diets."
"The study also showed that early farmers were dark-skinned, but that the gene for light skin became more commonly passed on over the millennia. Lead researcher David Reich told Carl Zimmer from The New York Times that this could have been because farmers ate less meat than hunter-gatherers, so their vitamin D intake was reduced. People with dark skin would have been able to get less vitamin D from sun exposure, which could have left them deficient.
Another big change was that our immune system ramped up, which makes a lot of sense, because disease would have become a whole lot more common with the onset of agriculture."
"Human evolution is happening at a faster rate than ever before, our brains have been rapidly getting smaller over the past 10,000 years since we invented agriculture and started living in large civilisations. Brain volume has decreased by about 10% and our facial features are changing too."

My advice is to use a gentle antiseptic (green ones) twice a week and immediately rinse with water after to not destroy the microbime. Mainly swish in the gums and teeth that are bleeding as that could be bacteria you should kill immediately.
Also drinking a probiotic and limiting chemicals in toothpaste can keep the mouth balance. My take is not everyday but they should be used after deep cleaning. As the blood should not be left flowing into the mouth as it could have bad bacteria 👍. Alcohol free green antiseptics are best for cleaning ! other days just use water

We should stop introducing stuff without knowing it’s effects like these things are supposed to be fixing problems in reality they’re doing more damage let me tell you where mouth wash comes from it was some cleaning stuff for windows or something and all of a sudden it’s meant for your teeth yeah right completely arbitrary same with shampoo and other stuff they aren’t going to clean you any better than just normal water ok like if you can get some weak shampoo that doesn’t just strip all the oil and good smell once a week that’s fine and also to expose the tricks of these businesses shampoo strips oil then you use another product to put the oil back very convenient and for your teeth just brushing thoroughly and flossing should and scraping the tongue should do it and maybe use toothpaste sometimes i personally don’t use shampoo at all and my hair seems fine i still wash it and my mom never complains about it even when i ask so some of this modern inventions really need to be checked bc people are just trusting them blindly
