What if the K1, k2 Visa took longer and the The daughter was 19 when originally submitted to ucis Texas and turned 21, 33 days before last interview . The k1 was approved. However since the daughter is now 21 she was denied and have to start a different visa ?

My category is F4 Priority Date: Sept: Sep 2006 Documentarily Qualified: March 2023(very late) Country of Chargeability: Bangladesh I want to know about CSPA law specifically for F4 category under consular processing.I have deeply studied and researched about this topic on uscis websites, discussed with many attorneys. I studied that CSPA age equals (Age at time of Visa availability in Visa Bulletin Chart A) - (Pending time until case was approved by USCIS) My main question is, does CSPA age freeze or becomes locked for F4 Consular Derivative applicants until you get interview date from embassy if you have fulfilled the "Seek to acquire" requirement by paying AOS fees when Visa becomes available in Visa Bulletin Chart A ? I also heard NVC/USCIS now considers Visa Bulletin Chart B for CSPA calculation.Is it applicable for F4 category consular derivative applicants? I,therefore,pray and hope you would be kind enough to clarify my queries.

Hello, I have two applications for my son and daughter. They both had their immigrant interviews on Friday 1/19. And today my daughter’s NVC account changed from ir2 to F11? I am so worried about this. She was 19 when the application was filed in 2022.

My concern is that i am currently 22 years old and going to be 23 just in 5 months, i know that my parents are going to get green card but i am not sure if i will be eligible for green card or not, though as per cspa calculater i am eligible but i have heard some cases where children above 21 years are not getting green card from india.
