Hi, I have had my green card and have been a legal US resident for decades. I applied for a renewal in July 2024, my check was cashed for the Renewal fee, and now my green card has expired. I need to visit my elderly parents in July 2025 in Italy. If I do not receive my renewal green card before July, will I be able to travel to Italy with my current unexpired Italian passport, my expired green card, and Notice I - 797?
