A circus-themed hero. Skills are likely to be baits and traps for Heroes. An Ult where you can control an enemy hero would be so broken.

maybe its bc i have been playing a lot of mortal kombat but did this man just do a fatality.
Dota 2 badly needs pool of heroes that can control(increase/reduce) status resistances. And some that can control visibilities. And some that can control respawn timings! There's still so much ground to be covered in hero design given that the game mechanics are insanely vast! Almost limitless at this point. Valve should try to capitalize on these overlooked mechanics in new hero designs.
We got heroes skills and items that reduces both physical and magic resistence. Status resistence is already nerfed. So we don't need.
Heroes that reduce vision are frustrating to play against imo. If i remember correctly Hoodwinks bushoowack does that and its really annoying to instantly lose vision of stuff around you just for getting hit with a huge aoe.
How long have you played dota 2? Rubick's aura once reduce status res, night stalker reduce vision on night time, necro increases respawn timing and you used to not be able to buy back if you got hit by the ult. Lina was literally unkillable when there was a talent to reduce respawn time. So yeah, they tried, and most of them were broken.

Yes, it's a failure. The hero was supposed to go to Halloween. It fits perfectly with the theme of the holiday and fits into the cosmetics and event pack.
