From release to this day it always get more downgrade, they delete a lot of unique features, and now it worse than oldest immortal items, because it doesn't change any skill effects and icons normally (sign doesn't exist, okay?) I don't say about Lina arcana... It looks much better, and terrorblade too - no chance...

Windranger's design is the epitome of Dota 2 Arcana. It's a clear S tier and may not be surpassed anytime soon.

if you add a few more items to winds arcana, she looks much better than the actual arcana. Bow of the battleranger + arcana head + Cloak of the battleranger + arcana shoulder + quiver of the battleranger. try it.

It's just a rare item, I think it will be a re-release cycle for younger people to get the arcana later. because even after this GAME , , if they are so difficult why do they have to have new people to play?
the older arcana;s need a re-imagining. lina, sf, terrorblade need to be redesigned, i love how they made the recent arcanas that it changes the whole look of the hero. special drow and wr.

Top Arcana
1. Windranger/Queen of Pain/Drowranger
2. Razor/Faceless Void/Wraith King
3. Specter/Shadow Fiend/Zues
4. and the rest in any order
ES must be 2nd dude
Most old arcana really needs their "Immortal items/set" to be fully work
ex. Earthshakers arcana is only "Head" then adding 2 Immortal items will full fill its Galatic/Space theme
another would be Rubick, His arcana is being cubes and all so adding the 2 perplexed immortals will give more to it
New Arcanas work differently, instead The arcana have its fullset but one of it gives the aracana effect
ex. Drows arcana weapon is the True arcana, Voids head is also the True Arcana,
but adding some Immortal theme to these arcana brings it to the next level But what I hate is some conflicts like Razor got some Immortal Theme, but you can't add his immortal weapon to the arcana because the Arcana is the Weapon itself, same goes with Drow
I like most arcanas had their original designs from dota 1 but more detail

Just take a look on Counter Strike market battlepass itens price, it's insane how rare those things get.
@@chazz319 I wouldn't want that personally. You can argue that it's gatekeeping, but I think battlepass arcanas should be one of the rarest skins you can get, not because of the money, but because of the exclusivity.
I'd really buy QoP's arcana since she's my fave but with her recent aghanim rework I'd rather get WR
