Just ordered, how long did it take to receive yours? I have a Rak miner that is averaging just under 100 HNT a month on the stock setup. What's your thought on the announcement of Helium and 5G? Looks like you can get on a list to preorder one. Cost to get on the list is $100 and units might go anywhere from $500 to $1,000. Sounds like this could use a lot of your internet data and you really need to have fiber for this to work well.

This info is not accurate. I spent 550 plus 75 for an antenna upgrade, I live in Los Angeles and my network daily income average is $2.60 per day and I average about $0.09 and $0.14 per day. At this rate it will take me 20 years to recover my investment. I fell for it… I lost… perhaps you won’t

By the time they shipped and we set up, it was too late to recover the cost. It will take 25 years to recover the investment and each day that time increases due to the number of miners that go on line and split the pot. 🤷🏻♂️

Struggling to figure out if it's worth the risk. Looking at some of your other videos and with the halving and other things looming for Helium, it might take a long time if ever to recoup the cost. Yes, I know we might make gains on the coin price, but seems like if I'm gonna drop close to $500, I might be better off just putting that into an altcoin that I think has a good/better chance of appreciation. Of course there is the lottery win with the consensus group, but I usually don't drop $500 on the lottery most days. I really want this to work and be profitable sooner than later. Convince me!

@@sketchymatt7711 - part of the issue is supply. They don’t have a massive warehouse of stuff. They make them as the orders come in, so they don’t have a whole lot of units they can’t move and lose money. That said, they obviously didn’t do their projections correctly, which knocked them so dang far behind.

Ernest Lin first of all you need to know how these miners work. The more witness you have the more hnt you get rewarded if there too many witnesses within 300 meters of you, you get less hnt. If the supply is halved then if anything the price of hnt will go up and you’ll make even more money. We won’t know with certainty how the market for these things will be when the majority get shipped but we can only assume. Just hope you live in an area with a modest amount of them already or barely none

So after you buy the miner, and set it up, how do you start mining? What's the step by step process?
Here's my story. I tried buying the bob cat 300, got super frustrated trying to buy it. Got the SP instead, next day a friend helped me buy the 300. Is there gonna be conflicts having both in one location? I saw vosk said it lowers your mining rates having two, just wanna double check. I have other locations I can place the second one at.
@vosk Have you seen others that have added a larger antenna onto their miner and increased the range up to 10 miles for just like $100 more for the antenna? Any opinions on that?

@@VoskCoin Well when I first ordered there was no note saying it would not be shipped. Then inquired about it and got different answers. One person even said send me your order and we will process it. Well, that never happened.
@@loopster40 When did you order? Its plastered all over their site that your order enters the que and will land in the current/next order batch depending when you ordered. I ordered mine a month ago and had no problem finding info telling me it wasnt shipping immediately because its in such high demand and getting proper FCC licensing.
@@MattWeber i do not give a shit about it being plastered on their site. Mine was ordered last month before they changed the payment options. There was nothing on the site stating any delay in shipping.
It's also funny how someone who wants to review it and gets it before people who ordered more than one. Kind of pisses you off when they do that. You can send one out for review, but you can not ship people who already paid for several of them.

Hi. Considering waiting is 3 months for it and they go into the halving 1st of August, is it any point still buying the Bobcat? There’s no one in my home city. Mainly buildings with apartments. 4 storey. I live on the ground floor. My uncle is 600 m from me on a last floor(4th) and my friend is 400 m away from me living on 1st floor. I am not gonna try to convince my neighbours to move my antenna a bit higher but I have access to 4th floor in a room where people dry their washing who only my family is using and another neighbour. How can I overcome the fact that I need to run a wire through all the floors if I want to connect antenna on 4th floor? Unless there is a chance to keep antenna on the ground floor but maybe upgrade to a better one? Thanks.

Agreed, wasn't any different than sending crypto between wallets. Sold a little BTC on KuCoin sent it right thru muggle pay sent TXid and they confirmed order and payment in a few minutes.

Ordered a bobcat miner and I miscalculated the fees so underpaid. Asked for a refund 5 days ago and no response has anyone had an issue with this. Or know how long it takes for them to refund the crypto?
