കഴിഞ്ഞ ആഴ്ച ഞാനും ബാംഗ്ലൂർ പോയി വന്നു... എനിക്കും ഇതേ അനുഭവം ആയിരുന്നു.... കണ്ടക്ടർ നമ്പറിൽ വിളിച്ചാൽ വളരെ മോശം അനുഭവം.....അവരുടെ ഔദാര്യം പോലെ ആണ് നമ്മുടെ യാത്ര എന്ന് തോന്നി പോകും..നമ്മടെ KSRTC യിൽ പോകാലോ ന്ന് കരുതി ആണ് യാത്ര ബുക്ക് ചെയ്തേ.. മറ്റു സ്വകാര്യ ബസുകൾ വരുന്നതും അവരുടെ യാത്രക്കാരോടുള്ള പെരുമാറ്റം കാണുമ്പോൾ അതിശയം തോന്നും.. ശരിക്കും കസ്റ്റമർ സർവീസ് ട്രെയിനിങ് ഈ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് കൊടുക്കണം. എന്നാൽ ഡ്രൈവർ മാർ സൂപ്പർ ആണ്... അത്രേം സൂക്ഷിച്ചും comfort ആയും ആണ് ഡ്രൈവ് ചെയ്യുന്നേ.. പേടിക്കാതെ ഉറങ്ങാം.. എല്ലാം ഭാവിയിൽ ശരിയാകുമായിരിക്കും..ശരിയാകണമല്ലോ... ലേ...😊
അന്നേ ദിവസം ഏപ്രിൽ 13നു വൈകിട്ട് 3:30 pm നു മൂന്നാർ മുതൽ രാമനാട്ടുകര വരെ സീറ്റ് നമ്പർ രണ്ടിൽ യാത്രചെയ്ത് ആളാണ് ഞാൻ. ഈ ബസ് എടുത്തപ്പോൾ മുതൽ പെരുമ്പാവൂർ എത്തുന്നതുവരെ കൃത്യസമയം പാലിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇത് കാലടിയിൽ ബ്ലോക്കിൽ കുടുങ്ങിയത് ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ, അങ്കമാലി ലിറ്റിൽ ഫ്ലവർ ആശുപത്രി തൊട്ടുമുമ്പായി തുടങ്ങിയ ബ്ലോക്ക് കടക്കാൻ വീണ്ടും ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ.. തൃശ്ശൂർ എത്തിയപ്പോഴേക്കും ഏകദേശം രണ്ടു മണിക്കൂർ late. അതിനിടയ്ക്ക് എത്രയോ ആളുകൾ എവിടെ എത്തി എന്ന് അന്വേഷിച്ചു വിളിക്കുന്നുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. 80 km മുകളിൽ ഇത് പോകില്ല. വിളിച്ചവർ തന്നെ വീണ്ടും വിളിക്കുന്നു. അവർ മാന്യമായി തന്നെ ആണ് എല്ലാ വിളിക്കും മറുപടി കൊടുത്തിരുന്നത്. ഇവരായിട്ട മനഃപൂർവം എവിടെയും വൈകിപിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. Faiz പറഞ്ഞത് ശെരി തന്നെ, family ആയി പോകുന്നവര് നട്ട പാതിരക്ക് ഉറക്കം ഒഴിഞ്ഞു കാത്തു നിൽക്കുകയാണ്. പക്ഷേ എന്ത് ചെയ്യാൻ.. മൂന്നാർ മുതൽ ബത്തേരി വരെ ഒരാൾ ആണ് ഡ്രൈവർ!! All the best for your new journey.
