- How's it going you big beautiful bastards, welcome to the biggest video I've made so far. This video took a lot of time to make and I hope you all enjoy it. We're going all the way back to 2005. Some of your favorite players are still young and have the chance to change their careers and become some of the greats. Part 2 of this will be out hopefully within the next week or 2. Aaron Brooks is a lesser known QB, one of the most notable things about him is he’s actually Michael Vick’s cousin.
A few other people pointed it out to me about that. I honestly had no idea but it’s pretty dope to know. Him and Vick in the same division is also pretty damn cool

In part 2 you should go through the draft summary so we can see ratings for players and where players get drafted later in the draft

Really neat idea, I would have enjoyed seeing more about what happened in the seasons, I found myself just baffled as to how some team personnel changes happened and I think it would be neat to show that stuff off!
Ya Ik I was watching them back trying to figure out how I could make it better for next time and I agree. I coulda done more with stats through out the seasons and showed who led all the major categories. It’s kind of a learning process. I’m learning how to make these better a long the way

@@shmodda my only recommendation is that I believe madden has a way to look at all the trades made around the league. I think that would be fun to show how different teams are trying to adjust to their new rosters. Great video all around though man!!!

Thank you man! I usually put it on All Madden Simulation. Then in most career sims I turn injuries off but in these big videos I leave them on. Then all the manual setting I turn it to simple so that everything turns to auto. That’s basically all I do

The concept and video is great however schemes do play a big part in how good a team can get like chiefs playbook being overpowered and such so if you ever do this again that may be something to consider.
That’s fair, do you know if they make historic playbooks to add? Or maybe I can go through and kinda give everyone equal chances by giving them all the same playbook or something
@@shmoddaI don’t think they have historic playbooks. 1 more thing tho if u do another maybe go through the end of season stats just to add to the experience

I have a lot of ideas for videos come Madden 24. I’m happy with how this one turned out being the first time I’ve done it but there’s always room for improvement

I’m sorry it’s taken me a minute to get back but for that you basically scroll down to the user settings where it gives you the options of like player progression and free agent signings and if you turn all of them from manual to simple then the cpu basically does all the work. Only downside is you can’t look at available free agents. Basically just get to see who signed where at the end of free agency

How’d you get the rosters
When you’re on the Home Screen of madden there’s the 4 little boxes all the way to the right. I think it’s the one in the bottom left you click it and go to “share and manage files” and there’s a spot to download community rosters and drafts
Sadly on my Xbox one I can’t find a 2021 draft class or I would have 2013-2024 but I can’t:/ I had to stop at 2020:/
In part 2 I couldn’t get a good 2022 draft class. PS5 didn’t have one. The one I got had a lot of the players but some of the big names and all the quarterbacks were missing. Madden 24 if I do one of these ones again I wanna try and make my own classes

Technically that Chiefs SB win in 05-06 would be their 2nd not the 3rd. Prior to Mahomes arriving in KC they had only won 1 SB and that was SB 4
I never knew that actually. I knew they won one way back when in the beginning of the super bowl era but I wasn’t sure a long the way if they had won anymore
@@shmodda yeah, they appeared in Super Bowl 1 where they lost to the Packers, came back and won 4 against the Vikings then they didn't even appear in one until Mahomes beat the 49ers back in 2020 just before the pandemic

Lol. "Brian Dabble".. Its pronounced "Day-bull". Basically, it rhymes with table😂. Also Chris Long and Jake Long are not brothers or related in any way..although it did sound good.😂 Its all good though. It did bother me a bit to see an unknown QB with a 69 overall win MVP of the year. Which shows how todays' Madden simulation stats arent very good at all. Even the way teams' release some of their franchise players isnt realistic in any way. Thats just my opinion . Especially when simulaton, stats and re-signing star players were more realistic in Madden Games that are almost 20 years older. Other then that , this sim was still fun to watch. Talk about feeling nostalgic. Great Video!

Its great to know that you too see how bad the sim stats can be. I know its a been an issue amongst a group of the madden community.. if u ever have a chance , play the PS 2 versions of Madden. '05 and after and you will not be disappointed.. Emulators are a great way to play those Madden games..I Appreciate the response back. Gna like and subscribe jus because of that. @@acedeuce24 ya hopefully one day EA realizes people do this kind of content and starts caring and tries to fix it. I’ll have to get an emulator. I’ve debated resimulating stuff in old maddens. I think I still have my old ps2 buried in a box somewhere downstairs at my parents. I might have to dig it up!
@@shmodda well let me tell you.. their a few youtubers and people within the madden gaming community who have tried many time to get EA to fix these issues. They have dont nothing but give fake promises ,ignore and gaslight these RUclipsrs/gaming community. Since EA is the only company with the rights to create a football game with the NFL license they basically feel like they have no obligation to make it better or to bring back what made Madden so great. The lack of competition, the sole rights of the NFL licence and the profit they generate( people still buy madden knowing how bad it is only because its the only NFL game available) has made the EA developers lazy and unwilling to change. Each year EA basically puts out the same game.
Two youtubers I recommend that you watch is Ryan Moody and SoftDrinkTV.. when you have time please make sure to watch their content. It covers everything we are speaking of and shows how much of a decline Madden has been since the PS2 days. Its pretty much understood that the PS2 madden days are the golden age of Madden franchise and game simulation. It will shock you to know how great madden was and how great madden should be. With all seriousness. If you consider yourself a football fan and love the Idea of team building, the franchise game mode and the realism of being able to use NFL teams and players then you absolutely have to do two things. First is watch Ryan Moody and SoftdrinkTV youtube videos asap and Dig out that old PS2 and play franchise mode from any Madden from 2005 and after. Trust me You will thank me after.
I felt the need to tell you this because Franchise mode and team building became the only way I would play Madden. To me its the most enjoyable way to play sport games and I became absolutely hooked with doing it. Which is why I watch RUclips content that does the same thing. Which is what brought me to your videos. I feel like the feeling I got from it is the same feeling other gamers have as well. Im sorry for such the long post. I really hope in the next few days( when you have time of course ) that you took my advice and watched the youtubers i mentioned and put into motion the chance to play the PS 2 maddens. If you love this style of gaming , which i noticed by your other videos you do. You will understand how important it was for me to share this with you. You will not be disappointed.

I was debating once Madden 24 comes out trying to basically resimulate the entire Super Bowl era. Which would be a project but it’d be amazing to see some all time legends
@@shmoddaI'm sorry to say but this is impossible. Fs reason Madden only sims 29 seasons, which would unfortunately mean you would get only to about 1995 or around there
@@bunkersrblI never knew they had a limit on seasons. If that’s the case I could try and go back to the 70s then once I hit that season limit, try and remake those rosters and start a new season. It would just be very time consuming
