Really good review again I bought two 3200 systems and bought a third AEF and it's my favorite I wish the cabinets were little bit sturdier on the arrays but they are pole-mounted so they don't get banged around but the sound is really good you're correct❤ the 3200 arrays are very sturdy built but they don't have the sound clarity of the AEF keep up the good work
Hey DJ! I took your suggestion for the bag for the arrays on my club 3000 system, working out great! Have you came up with a bag to carry the subs around in?
Hello , thank you for watching and your feedback. I don’t have my 3000 subs anymore to research more options but there is a custom company making covers for the ProReck 3000 subs . Just an option. Good update video, I have the 3200 for over 3 years now I still love them, I want to ask you if you been able to connect like the 3200 with the 4000 or with any other, thanks.
Thanks for watching and your question. Yes , you can use the arrays from the 3200 with the 4000… Or the other way around. And all the powered subs can be link together with the correct cables via the mix out . Thanks
Great review, I just want to upgrade my home gym system. I have 1 Mackie Thump 15inch on a mixer but I'd like to add a more fuller sound and wondering if the PRORECK Club AEF 12-Inch 4000 is best. I like deep bass songs. Any suggestions?
Thanks for watching and your question. Compared to your big 15 top cabinet speaker…The AEF is my favorite portable system but it is not going to give a deep club thump.. if your looking at ProReck I would do something like 3500, 4000, or the 6000 which I’m not seeing list at the moment but it has two 15inch subs and two arrays. These systems I have suggested have bigger subwoofers (club thump) 👍🏽 which might fill your gym space better. ProReck is good but might not have the clarity of some good DJ top cabinets. My opinion everyone’s ear is different :) MY last suggestions is just add a ProReck PR18 and a subwoofer pole to your Mackie speaker & instant bass upgrade. (Fuller sound) Thanks and Happy shopping! Very informative! I am newbee in the Dj world...my gigs are just mainly karaoke parties and a little bit of Djaying...What is the best proreck speakers for karaoke? And please give me an hones opinion, are they dependable?
Thanks for watching and your feedback. Best karaoke system…. ? I have some questions for you. How many people normally? And venue size .. pub / bar size or venue hall ? Do you mind heavier equipment or do you want light and more portable. Let me know and I’ll leave you some reference links . Thanks
Thanks for you all of the information. This channel is a huge resource. I have just one more question. Besides portability, is there anything that the AEF does better than the 4000? Is the clarity (for vocals) better on the AEF compared to the 4000? Are the low sun sounds better on the AEF since they are spread out between the two?
Clarity and sound quality is similar but the ProReck 4000 has better lows / bass for sure. The 3200 / AEF subs do leak some full range sounds. AEF has all around full range sound . Vocals will sound similar on both system . My opinions…please use my links if purchasing would really help . Thanks
I heard on one review that the 3000 series system has issues with the amp overheating when used outdoors. Would you know anything about this potential issue? Also inquiring for any of the other systems.. We use PA equipment outside under a tent for church revival services. Could be used for 4-5 hrs at a time.
@@lastmanstanding5117 I never used the 3000 system outside. So I can’t reply on that . I can say I’ve used the ProReck AEF system for many pool party outside for around 4 hours without issues. All my equipment not matter the brand.. I always try to keep it shaded out of direct sun . Even the best equipment can be subject to heat issues…. Especially with how hot temperatures and humidity have been lately. Thanks .
got a quick question for you. I am looking at buying the rockville speakers or the ProReck AEF system you talked about in this video. Which product would you recommend?
Appreciate you watching and your question. Really Depends on your plans for the equipment. I use the Rockville Ram12Bt for a back up setup but you could use 2 Ram15bt PA speakers and do a small mobile gig no problems . It’s an Easy setup and would have wireless microphones. Sound is ok. Battery time use is ok but battery lifetime is short (maybe a year) The Rockville PA’s would lack low end . The ProReck AEF is more of an all around setup sound wise and also is about a 150 people / small to medium venue ready. No battery power and microphones not included but is still portable . System is easy to setup and has a good thump up close . The ProReck would be my starter pick but.. just My thoughts. I’m a mobile DJ and after hanging the headphones up I got back into the game a few years ago. When I started back up I bought some lower end powered Rockville monitors with a single sub. Then after a year or so of that, I bought myself a pair of Evolve 50s with a Turbosound Milan 18B for extra bass. They look great and sound great however, I am limited to weddings or events of only around 200 people, the Evolves just don’t have the throw, so I have been considering buying an extra set of speakers in order to do larger events, school dances, etc. Maybe you mentioned this in the video and I missed it however a couple questions I have are, 1) did you ever have to talk to customer support or technical support for any issues and if so how is it handled? 2) Could you break down each model that you have into room size? For example, with the Proreck 4000 work for a room with 150 guests or 300?
I’ve had good experiences with audioproreck.com for customer service . Then the club 4000 depending if your on a stage / elevated 150 to 200 . My thoughts.. also the club 6000 and 8000 around 300 people . Your evolve 50s and sub will have digital clarity over theses systems. I think the system you already have might be very close to the ProReck club Systems ….but the club system might project a little better like PA type speakers in My opinion and thoughts. Hello , so yes absolutely you can connect two 4000 systems together. You can either use a splitter or piggyback rca connection to both the subwoofers or just use the XLR mix out from one sub to XLR inputs on the other subwoofer using XLR cables . Arrays still connect to there perspective subwoofer via 1/4 jack .
Thank you for the video. I am not a DJ. But I do have celebrations in my RV garage. I purchased the proreck 3000. Does proreck have a subwoofer that I can plug into my 3000 to add more bass?
Thant for your info, it was very helpful. I wish you can make a video related to what delivers best quality of sound on a budget : 2 speakers vs 1 speaker and 1 subwoofer vs 2 speakers and 1 sub vs 2 speakers , 2 subs . Thanks 🙏
Do you play house music in your genres and if so how do you find the AES and 4000 when it comes to sound reproduction in the lows and highs as well as overall clarity?
I would like to see you do a full tutorial on flying clubreck 4000 array tops combined with the proreck 10" sub on Trussing approximate 8-10' high. I think that will be a good look for an outdoor event
I picked up the club 4000 plus an extra set of 4 of the line arrays at $249 was decent. Wondering why the arrays dont have pins instead of screws? Also looking into different rigging options like a line array frame aka compact line array, ive only seen sound town selling 6" line array frames at $159 a piece.
Thanks for watching and your question. Unfortunately I think the ProReck arrays are more stacked speakers that a true line array . Screws vs pins .. my thoughts opinion only thou. Agree ..Still decent speakers though. Thanks .
I am considering buying the 8000 system but for the money I'm not sure if I should buy 2 jbl 710 systems. I know the jbl sound and I consider it to be the best. Have you by chance tried the jbl 710 system or know someone who has and heard both the jbl and proreck? Let me know if you can which you prefer sound wise
Haha, funny before I Looked at this message I had just recommend two JBL speakers ..On a other message. The IRX series is made more for preformer’s so the clarity is awesome. But eons are great too more for mobile Dj types . Both I like and have owned in the past . I still have two EON 712 in my collection. ProReck PR18 is a good subwoofer too I used with other top cabinet speakers. Please use links if you purchase it would really help me continue my RUclips journey. Thanks hope i helped. I believe this unit produces somewhere between 3 and 400 watts rms. Thats likely a little high. I have used the peavey 800 at 300 watts rms and I suspect power wise they are close.
ProReck does still sell the AEF system to my knowledge but is randomly out of stock occasionally. They updates there listings as they get stock. Unknown when that is thou. You Might drop the company a email for more details. Thanks .
Do you think it is better to buy 2 club 4000 than 1 club 8000? I know how to work with a more individual stereo and there are 2 more speakers for gain… it is a question.

What system would you recommend for an outdoor movie setup? Looking for something that can handle an outdoor area that can accommodate 50-100 people and maintain a great “move experience”.
Thanks for watching and your question. The ProReck AEF system is my favorite system period covers well indoors and out …plus is lighter / portable. But currently is hard to find / buy . The ProReck 3000 would be ok 2nd option a very full range system but the subwoofers are lacking compared to the 3200 system subwoofers . Not a huge difference but noticeable. Although the arrays on the 3000 are great and my favorites of the ProReck arrays portable and great clarity/ sound . The ProReck 4000 would work too.. but not as portable as the others system but would add some lower end and volume for larger crowds . So outside movie experience the AEF Or 3000 are my picks for 50-100 people . But if you prefer a bit more lower end / volume … option for the 4000.. but prepare for a heavier 18inch subwoofer to move around. #AmazonAffiliate ProReck 3000 amzn.to/3zrSG89 ProReck 4000 amzn.to/3zqPjOS Thanks, all my opinions & thoughts.

I'm part of a pretty large youth baseball league. We do events where we play music all day, but it's not the priority. When we need for the speaking part, we need decent clarity. Distance from 150' away, maybe up to about 250'. Crowd ranging from 1.6k to 2.6k. Would the 3000 be good since it's got the good voice sound? Or do any of these make sense for that sort of thing at all?
Thanks for watching and your question . I do like the ProReck systems but if I’m reading your range & crowd amount correctly.. you might still use , like two or four 15 inch woofer PA loudspeaker speakers spread out on tripods preferably. Only My opinion & thoughts but I believe is the best range , best options to move speakers around , and a better portable option. Also weather and heat are very hard any electrics via durability. Lots of options too. Thanks
I’ve never owned a ProReck 6000 but I like the concept of 2 - 15inch subs and the arrays. One Sub is powered and one is passive . I Noticed the 6000 is currently not available on Amazon but is still available on eBay. Thanks .

Thanks for watching and your question. My opinion… yes but Everyone will vary on how much low end they prefer. Also depends on the gig type too. I have a Prorek MX 15 Setup with a MX8 Mixer . I have plugged 1 of the mixers main outs to a guitar amp input. The problem I have is the power Leds did not respond to volume input either channel or master from a mic . Could this be because I did not have both mains plugged in ? I've been trying to contact Proreck by calling and emailing many times a day on all platforms for a week now with no response !
I am torn between going ahead and getting the Club 4000 now or waiting for the AEF to return which Proreck says should be in mid August. I like the portability of the AEFs as the 4000 sub is quite large. We are a small DJ business, focused on weddings and such, never done anything over 300 people. Since we move in and out of venues a lot and travel with the equipment, I was thinking it may be best to wait for the AEF. But, the 4000 does have more power it seems. Do you have anything else to add that may swing me one way or another?
Thanks for watching and your question. So it’s hard decision .. really comes down to portability and power . The AEF is more portable due to the smaller subs and smaller arrays.. but I use it a lot for around 200 people or less . The ProReck 4000 might be better for up to 300 people. It does have the 18 inch sub but I will say it’s not as heavy as other models of the same size. Around 40-50 pounds. Just some extra thoughts… thanks.
Hello , thanks for watching and your question. I think for (Most) ProReck systems they are close to 400 watts rms split between tops and subs . My opinion. I’m Not sure on the systems daily longevity if use in a club setting every day ? Thanks .

Proreck club 8000, I can't really say I am unhappy with them as I believe they will serve my purpose. I bought 2 sets. The speakers seem to handle the power well but it sounds like the tops outrun the subs. Clairity is good but a little bright without the low mid presence. If you are looking for karaoke or D J,ing then they should work well for you. My use was for a country music band and show. I will be using a mixing console which should correct the imbalance through the mix. I really won't know until I dig a little further. I wouldn't be afraid of them as long as you know these limitations. (but they are not 8000 watts)!!!
I got the 8000W two weeks ago but everytime I put my master volume a little higher the sound start cutting all the time, can you help me fix that issue please 🙏
Thanks for watching and your question. Unfortunately this sounds like the amplifier is cutting out due to a short somewhere or a bad speaker connection (a wire that is crossed or loss grounding out). Could be internal or also could be your cables . I would check all your cables or connections but if the issues continues you might seek ProReck for assistance or return. Sorry to hear and hopefully its a cable or connection issue not internal. My Thoughts & opinions only.
check the power connection. it needs a good connection because subwoofer consumes a lot you can't connect it to ordinary power extension. you need a good power system
Thanks for watching and your feedback. The ProReck systems are a value , decently built products , with ok sound. Definitely, great for starting out djs. I have gig tested mine a hand full of times . I have always received good reviews on sound & looks. I have always believed ProReck systems is a value for all you get .. in my opinion. It has its place in my equipment for events. Hello , thanks for watching and your questions. I don’t think they have special mounting for walls and I would recommend the ProReck 6000 or 8000 systems for a good size venue . Although for a club .. I might use PA type specific speakers for mounting purposes / more permanent fixtures. Also PA type speakers/ wall type speakers would provide better coverage of the overall area . The ProReck systems are more of a mobile type unit in my opinion. Thanks .
Thanks for watching and your question. I checked out the apex 12 and my opinion is the ProReck 4000 is a heavier duty system with larger speakers which will offer more sound coverage but be less portable . My opinion. The Apex12 is a smaller speaker system but looks a bit more portable. Both look professional and would work in various scenarios. Just depends on your needs and venues playing. Thanks .
Thanks for watching and your question. YES the club 8000 can be connected to another . Each unit still powers its own included speakers and subs but It does have two XLR mix outputs and via XLR cables it can just be connected to other units inputs L/R . The main club 8000 unit is the unit with mix output cables to the other. thanks hopefully that makes sense. Thank you .

Any descent audio engineers??? Don't get these guys, unless you have other good brand full range speakers. They say it's full range, it's not.. 4" cones will NOT do anything under 800hz with good volume. These sound like trash. They are completely USELESS without an external equalizer. With eq on your mixing console, you could fix the sound somewhat.. but at low to mid volume.... Once you start boosting the volume at it's full capacity... The harmonic distortion and the intermodulation distortion of the speaker will make anything you throw at it sound like crap. You have to really be careful NOT to blast the volume in order to get descent sound. Again.. if you want this for professional use at mid to low volumes(small house, or enclosed room, small backyard).. you need a way to EQ the signal first and only then, will you have an OKAY sound. If you want to use at it's full power... You will make anything sound like crap. The only good thing about these systems is their subs. They are not 4k watts though.. they are around 500watts if that much.
why keep buying low end systems? You could have saved and just bought an EV or a Yamaha or Bose and they would last you forever. Just curious why you keep spending 600 bucks each time.

Reference links :

Check the Concert set too.

Big shout out to you bro!!! So my question to you is could i buy 2 4000s and connect them together? Is that possible
@@DjMartiniMidwest thank you!!! Your video helped alot

Thanks for watching and your feedback. If I had trussing that would be a cool look.
Do they still sell the AEF system? I have not been able to find it for sell, just the Club 3000 and 4000.
ProReck does still sell the AEF system to my knowledge but is randomly out of stock occasionally. They updates there listings as they get stock. Unknown when that is thou. You Might drop the company a email for more details. Thanks .
What size crowd would you estimate the AEF system (2 tops, 2 bottoms) could handle?
With the AEF .. I have done a 100 person pool party outside and I’d say 150 people inside medium venue. Bass is lite but punchy .. thanks.

Thanks for watching and sharing. ..Agree 👍🏾 … I don’t believe advised wattages for most systems.
Sorry to hear and hopefully its a cable or connection issue not internal. My Thoughts & opinions only.

Hello , thanks for watching and your questions. I don’t think they have special mounting for walls and I would recommend the ProReck 6000 or 8000 systems for a good size venue . Although for a club .. I might use PA type specific speakers for mounting purposes / more permanent fixtures. can you connect 2 proreck 8000 together? if so, how?
Thanks for watching and your question. YES the club 8000 can be connected to another . Each unit still powers its own included speakers and subs but It does have two XLR mix outputs and via XLR cables it can just be connected to other units inputs L/R . Then Only one of the club 8000 unit ( main unit ) can be used for line inputs such as microphones / laptops or other music equipment. The main club 8000 unit is the unit with mix output cables to the other. thanks hopefully that makes sense. Thank you .

I bought a 18 inch sub and i really am upset cuz its really disappointing! I thought it was gonna have some thump to it! Some good vibrations you know! But no this thing is super weak! Does any body else’s speaker do this! Cuz i know guys with 12 inch subs that knock way harder them my 18 inch sub! Please give me some feed back
Thanks for watching and the feedback. You bought the PR18 ? .. it does need some brake in time for best sound .. but sorry opinions will vary. For the price I thought it was ok . Thanks for the feedback thou.
@@DjMartiniMidwest yes the pr18 ive had it for about a year but it just doesn’t perform as good as i think it should! My house system hits way harder! Its weird
My honest answer would be to go with a reputable brand. JBL, EV, QSC, RCF, etc.
I like running my base @ 4hms
Thank you for watching and sharing.

"beefer audience" = the big gurls :)
Thanks for watching and your feedback.. opinions very but a lot of good information you have included .
As they say you get what you pay for
Thanks for watching.
Lmao..use these for a band. My vocals would let the smoke out of those things
Thanks for watching and your feedback.
Long Winded no Sound? of System!
Thanks for the watch and your feedback.
why keep buying low end systems? You could have saved and just bought an EV or a Yamaha or Bose and they would last you forever. Just curious why you keep spending 600 bucks each time.
Thanks for watching and your feedback. I used various systems for various scenarios / gigs . I use ProReck for some but I do have JBL Eon , Avante , LD Maui, And EV ZLX speaker as well. I still use ProReck systems because they have been reliable for me and are still working and sounding fine for me . It’s all about easy set up , probability, and what’s best for me gig to gig.
🙂kids in a gym I might not want to take a EV Evolve 50 $3,800 set up … so my $639 Complete ProReck 4000 system does fine . Thanks.
WOW! That was boring.
