  • Feeling safe is essential to our wellbeing. There can be times when you feel unsafe, and this could be related to a number of things, it could be due to events happening in your life, it could be residual trauma from childhood events. It could be a short term or a long term thing you have lived with for years.
    My intention for this round of tapping is that you will release the anxiety that is contributing to not feeling safe, and you will feel calm and peaceful.

    Cried and laughed! Felt safety pour through me like an invisible wall of strength inside. The pain went from an 8 to a 4: significant improvement! Thank you ☺️

    I was followed by someone from my yoga class to towns over. I pulled into a random town. I couldn't find any for trauma so I used this one

    I've accepted your invitation to do this a number of times and have a goal of doing this at least 30 times (possibly more). For me, I think having a "safety" script for eft/tapping is the most important one I can do.

    The first time I tried this, I started unexpectedly crying. So much that I Couldn’t even finish the video. I had some major realizations and it took some time to come to terms with it.
    But a few weeks later I’m starting to feel a little safer and calmer at night.

    I was really able to cry. I have so much anxiety and fear. And I had a relationship with someone who I felt terrified of. I don't quite understand why I was and am. so scared of her. I have not seen her in a long time. But somehow got terrified of her. It was good to cry and get this out. Thank u

    Melanie can you do some specific safety videos... after doing your safety video my dowsing say I 100% feel safe... but when I ask if I ask how safe do I feel to be size 6 thin fit healthy I get 80%... and if I ask how safe I feel to fall in Love again it 40% 😞... so it would be cool to have safety also for making money... I love your work by the way...

      Try doing this daily until you feel you no longer need it. Se the comments for guidance and inspiration. The results will be different for everyone ❤️🙏

    Hi Melanie I have just come across your tapping on safety which has really resonated with me and I would like to start doing this. I am currently tapping for a injury and wonder if it’s ok to to them both or wait for my injury to heal. Safety for me is a very big issue and as I am very new to tapping so not sure. Thank you

      Yes I often recommend my clients work with 2-3 tapping scripts

      There is no right or wrong way to tap - for instant relief tap whenever you feel the need to, however to change a limiting belief for lasting change, tap daily (I like to tap first thing in the morning or before bed) do this for 30-90 days.
