- In this round of tapping, I will help you feel more confident so that you can go ahead and do the thing that scares you - confidently! When we exude confidence, we become unstoppable - it is the antidote to fear.
Confidence is a muscle, and like any other muscle it can be strengthened - so come back to this video whenever you need a confidence boost.

@@miguelbo6363 I suggest that you enter a password that may sounds similar. The unit should come back with "forgot password?" At that point, you can change it.
