I've been looking for something like this for over 5 years. The first time that I've seen a video that I can actually understand. I even had a video with multiple djs on it just talking about scratching.

Thank you so much for breaking down these scratch techniques! It is a bit of a challenge for me to learn how to apply scratch techniques during the music transitioning process. I honestly thought I could get a way with not counting beats but after watching your video, now I understand the importance of it

And yeah, I understand completely. After a while, you’ll be able to count less and it’ll come natural, but in the beginning, I always found counting really helpful!

This was the first scratch pattern I was able to pull off and I'm addicted. I know this is probably sacrilegious to some but I would prefer these kinds of tutorials where you're using actual songs instead of the scratch samples because I never find myself wanting to load that up for a club audience but freaking LOVE getting a good scratch with a song like this.
Would love to see you show more examples like this across genres and more specifically across BPMs

@@DJLiftOFF I'd like to ask something similar. What if you bring the new song a little bit off beat with the first track, how do you achieve to sync the new song correctly? I assume by CDJ mode, but how do you do it if the scratch mode is on? I hope my question doesn't sound overly complicated. I'm just wondering that even an experienced dj cannot hit the beat after scratching every single time...
