80t Heavy Duty AGV

The 80t heavy-duty AGV developed and produced by Hangfa Robotics Co. Ltd. for the wind power industry is mainly used to transport wind turbine hubs and nacelles. It is suitable for the handling operation inside and outside the workshop, can run in all directions, and adopts two control modes: automatic operation and remote control operation. The whole vehicle wheel system is equipped with hydraulic suspension and jacking function, which can lift the work piece frame and carry work-pieces. The vehicle body can monitor the off-load situation by itself, equipped with magnetic stripe navigation, 5G module, high navigation accuracy, and the overall protection level is not less than IP54. The vehicle running speed can be adjusted in at least 6 levels, and the endurance time is up to 12 h. According to the customer's needs, it can be front and rear, left and right multi-vehicle linkage, synchronous operation, with a high coefficient of safety.
